Hello.

00:01

So this is just a quick video explaining how to check in because I understand that wording potentially is a little bit confusing for some people.

00:09

because a lot of you, the only thing you might have checked in for is a flight to fly somewhere.

00:14

And, I think as, coaches we kind of use that word interchangeably.

00:18

So the first step is just making sure that you filled out your tracker.

00:23

So that's in a previous video, making sure you're filling that out every day from Monday all the way through to Sunday.

00:31

Just make sure you're doing that.

00:33

Then on the Monday I will check in with you.

00:36

So I will send you a video a little bit like this with my head in the corner with the tracker up and a few of the bits just running through it and going through and reviewing, reviewing your week.

00:47

So that's step one from you.

00:48

Just, you just need to make sure you're filling in the tracker.

00:50

doing that the second thing on Sunday or Monday, once you've filled in the tracker, and you've gone through the week, just send me a quick WhatsApp message.

00:59

So the first thing in the message, just a quick lay of the land or an overview of the week.

01:05

So really, really quick.

01:06

It hasn't got to be long, one or two lines max, just an overview.

01:11

Like overall, has the week gone well?

01:13

Has it not gone so well?

01:15

And why is that?

01:16

a lot of the time this can be due to stuff at work, stuff with a family, etc.

01:21

Etc.

01:22

I don't know, like you've got a pay rise at work, that's really good.

01:25

maybe your dog is really ill.

01:28

Like that's not so good.

01:29

Just little things like that, whatever it is all related to the injury.

01:33

So that's, that's step two.

01:35

Step three is then your three biggest wins of the week.

01:39

Again, short little bullet points.

01:41

And then your three biggest challenges.

01:43

Again, three short little bullet points.

01:46

So again, step one, make sure you're filling out the tracker.

01:51

Step two, quick WhatsApp message, lay of the land, overview of the week.

01:56

And then step three, three biggest wins, three biggest challenges.

02:01

And that is all I need.

02:03

Very, very simple.

02:04

And again, send over the message on Sunday, on Monday ideally, and then I will get back to you with a check in and then we can just converse from there and, and figure out what potentially needs changing and what needs adjusting the following week.
