My name is Matt Landwer.

I'm the senior director of sales at Elevate K12.

While Elevate K12 has been around for over 10 years, a lot of people think of us as something that was a Covid response.

We're not that.

Our founder saw a need where we were going to be losing teachers and going to need to be able to provide certified teachers to students.

Our number one miss is to bring a certified teacher to every student in America.

But we do it virtually.

We even help districts bring new things to their schools such as world languages, financial literacy classes, computer science classes.

We were very manual in certain areas where we looked at our SDR and our AA teams and they had to do a lot of manual work to go to job boards and see who had an opening, who's the right person to call.

Everything that you're searching is different for every website and school district.

It was an operation that didn't have as much direction and clarity and Starbridge really allowed, allowed us to get a better view quickly.

So what stood out to me was Starbridge was able to use your guys credible technology to scrape and find a lot of that information much more quickly for us, which saved us a lot of man hours so that we could get on the phone more, we could call more, but we were also going to be calling the right people.

Well, who does have a need that we can fill that we can lead with saying, hey, you have a math opening at your middle school here.

We'd love to talk to you about that and how we can support you.

And here's some success stories we've had in the state.

Starbridge was able to make that a much quicker process, where we had accurate data that was refreshed on a regular cadence.

Our SDRs knew that they could call with confidence that there was going to be a need there.

And we were calling the right people who were more likely to talk to us, because even if they don't know who we are, they know they have a need that they're struggling with that we can maybe support them with.

What Starbridge did was really streamline that and get us the job board links, get us the, job vacancies.

And we were able to update that and refresh it on a much more regular cadence, which saved us time, saved us energy, it increased our outputs and our inputs.

We were able to get better production out of even less people.

So we were able to do more dials, we were able to get more opportunities, more, you know, sales, accepted leads.

It really was a strong piece of our go to market motion.

In the old days, if I wanted to go to 100 districts and I wanted to see their job boards, what vacancies they have, and those kinds of things, that can take time when you're talking 100, 200, 300 districts.

And in turn, we do it in thousands of districts with you, all.

To be able to really do that at a touch of a button is super powerful.

We can more adjust what we're doing on the fly, and that's critical.

I think really what I've seen from Starbridge is the dedication to wanting it to be right, which you don't always see with people.

And I really appreciated that, wanting it to be effective for us so that we could fulfill our mission of supporting students.
