Hey Bailey here wanted to show you a super helpful function when it comes to managing follow ups tasks, next steps after calls both from a follow up sales perspective but also managing existing client relationships and the associated delivery.

So we have a tasks function here.

Now what it is is a very slick kind of Kanban board but what I'll show you is kind of the desired flow of what happens after a call.

Listens into your calls.

It dynamically gives you things like what are the pain points, desires, objections.

It'll give you a nice summary of the call.

One of the things it'll even do is based on that context and how you talk pre draft an email that you could use and send as a follow up.

I always recommend reviewing this but the other thing it does is it pulls action items.

So let's say one of my outstanding outstanding to do's that I know I still have to do is set up and invite this account to a Slack channel.

It has a description pre populated.

All I really need to do is assign it a specific due date.

So my goal is to get it done by Friday and then what I can do is select it's going to say deal or the account associated with it.

So I'm going to select the correct account, click submit and where that's going to live is tasks.

So admittedly I use notion more so for like personal tasks like these are the XY things I need to get done.

I use GIA when managing client tasks.

You can do a kind of drag and drop function.

The other thing you can do is just click this and say cool, it's now in progress or it's complete.

I can sort by due date to see if there's anything let's say that I've missed that's still in to do that was actually due within the last week.

and I can even sort by deal or account to see everything that I still have to do for let's say this account Bright iron.
