Now there are two reasons why customers use GIA as their CRM.

One is it automatically updates almost all the information for you so you don't have to do manual data entry.

And two is it becomes this searchable client memory.

And I'll show you what I mean by that.

So we integrate right now with HubSpot and Pipedrive, so you can one click connect those in Settings.

But if you want to set up your CRM, what we call Client Hub, within gia, all you need to do is go to Settings, you create a pipeline.

This is essentially, your sales pipeline.

You can have multiple and then go and create your deal stages.

These will be pre populated, you can just edit if they're not a fit.

your next step is going to be to start populating some of the deals, the active opportunities that you have on the go.

My recommendation would be to start with a handful, maybe five active clients.

I'm going to go here and add a deal.

You type it in, It should pre fill the information.

The required fields are company name, domain, what pipeline you want it in, first and last name of the contact.

What I'll actually do is show you an easier way or a quicker way to add a deal directly from the signals tab.

Now remember, you've uploaded your whole audience.

G is pulling from your calendar, people you've recently met with and more than likely you are meeting with your active opportunities and your existing clients.

So let's take this example here of Brett.

I'm going to click Add Deal and in one click gia, auto fills all this information.

All I need to do is name the deal.

My recommendation here is to do name of the company plus deal type.

So I might say Nexus Annual for example.

This way at a glance you can know everything you have on the go.

I'll click Create and it automatically adds it to the right pipeline and I can select a specific stage.

In this case I'm going to just choose one.

Now once I've added a handful of deals that I want to track, what I can then do is click into each of these and see how gia, has started to aggregate and pull in the information.

Now it does this across calls, meetings, documents, emails.

eventually we'll add a Slack integration.

It aggregates this information and essentially creates this central searchable client memory for you.

Typically we have a lot of account managers on here, a couple logistics.

First you have a couple tabs here, you have activities, you have tasks that you can Create or pull directly from calls, any notes you have contacts associated.

If you want to add additional contacts here though, it should do so automatically.

The other important part is integrations.

So this allows GIA to pull from the document so you can turn on a Google Drive, integration, SharePoint, etc.

and what this allows GIA to do is three core things.

One is it gives you high level overview of everything that's been going on with this account.

Current priorities, open loops, next best actions, even pulling outstanding or completed to dos.

It gives you a nice timeline of everything that's been going on.

It also proactively looks at your calendar and says hey, I saw you have a meeting coming up with Jay.

What I did is I prepped a quick one page dossier of everything you need to know going into this call.

This looks at both Internet research of things you've asked it to pull and also context from previous calls, emails, etc.

It gives you a quick summary of the last meeting outstanding action items.

These to me are super important high level.

These are the top business pain points and priorities that this account cares about.

and then it'll even towards the end give you a recommended next action or approach.

Now the thing that I personally use most often is this Ask GF function.

As I said, this creates a searchable client memory and I can ask anything like what objections are still unresolved, what's the overall health score, what's the next step to move this deal forward?

I might even ask if something is in scope or out of scope.

But for now I'll ask what is the next step?

And in real time GIA pulls an intelligent answer from all of the context it has access to.

It tells me the three things that we need to do to move this deal forward.

Key follow up actions on my side and then it will also give you the context of where it pulled from.

So a client, OS onboarding call, an email thread and deal context as well.

Final note is if you don't see this specific view here, what you can do is you'll likely have a button that says Enable client os.

So I've enabled it for the select clients here, but let's say that it wasn't enabled for this account and you get a basic timeline view.
