Hi everybody.

I wanted to talk through a thought leadership post that I've just done and how I did it on NOAN, to hopefully help you create similar.

So I've got a thought leadership post here.

It's about how what we've done on NOAN is we've built our entire company essentially as an API.

All your companies, as you build those facts out, they're all an API.

Our, goal is that soon you can leverage that, build with it, do things with it.

So this is my thought leadership post.

It's very detailed.

it goes into kind of an overview of exactly why we've done this.

it references some, different articles that I've written previously.

it's really well structured.

You know, I came from journalism.

I've worked with a couple of the biggest news orgs in the world and this is a solid piece, right?

Like it's, it's really good.

I did it in about ten minutes.

I don't think many people would know this is AI if they read it on, LinkedIn.

I'm going to drop it in the chat and I doubt many of you would probably guess either.

and I want to show you how I did it because I do these thought leadership posts in a really structured way so I know what I'm going to talk about.

And there's a key area I want to kind of land.

So for me this was about landing our product vision for, I've got that locked into a product vision fact a little bit more about that later.

but what I wanted to do was first of all set the context of the post that I want to write.

So here I've said I want to write a thought leadership post and I need you to read the following article so that you have an understanding of the context and some of the background.

The article I linked there actually the assistant wrote.

Another thought leadership post I wrote on how, the fact layer is the missing link in enterprise AI.

It tackles a couple of key topic areas like context graphs, et cetera, which I won't go into now.

But you'll see here what it's done is for this conversation and always work on a new conversation whenever you need to work on something new, on NOAN.

it's now got the context set for what we're doing, right?

And exactly the benefits at each point.

So the assistant now knows this.

And then I say, okay, now with that in mind, I want you to write a thought leadership post.

So context of what I want you to do on fact control, but most importantly how our company is an API.

In the post it needs to land our product vision which I have stored in that fact.

whilst also talking about fact control and the issues in business.

Because there's fundamental issues.

If you don't have this, in the issue, I want you to go hard at how, because we built our company as an API from the ground up to be AI native.

It means as we scale, agents and humans can all work together from the same source of truth.

I highlight how easy it is for me as a founder to make changes to a company, by simply updating one fact and having it ripple across the API.

So a little bit of context there on a store personal story that I want in this article.

So it does a first pass for me.

And there's a couple of things, you know, like for example, there was a paragraph missing.

So I'm very specific about where I wanted to add a paragraph.

I want you to add a paragraph under the problem paragraph.

So you'll see that here there's the problem paragraph.

I detail what it is.

I want you to go into the technical issues around LLMs and memory etc.

So I give it clarity on what, what I want it to do.

So it does the paragraph for me.

And then I say, right, add that back into the full blog post.

So here I'm kind of.

It's almost like you're DJing, right?

We call this in a flow.

I'm moving things in and out, in the article.

So now I've got this solid, pretty solid looking blog post and the intro for me wasn't quite right, they often aren't.

But I say focus the intro in a much more hard hitting way and change the title on how our company is an API.

So now it's like you're really clear.

Here's why we built ours as an API.

And then it's a really good intro.

Let's be blunt, most companies are a dumpster fire of outdated docs, etc.

So solid intro now.

I'm happy with that.

and now in this thought leadership post, I also wanted to talk about how this problem gets exponentially worse when you have multiple agents working from the same source of truth.

You need them all working the same source of truth.

If you have multiple Agents and they're all working for disconnected documents and files.

It's going to get worse.

So here we go.

We now have this extra paragraph.

Now add that back in just before the solution.

So you can see here we've got the solution and now it's dropped that, that paragraph back in.

That's exactly what I need.

and then I wanted to talk about context graphs.

It's a very hot topic in the AI space.

I won't go into it now, but it basically means we map every decision and as a result it empowers you as a business owner to then leverage that.

And that's what really effects are if you think about it, because they're all audited.

and I talk about how I want you to add a paragraph which references context graphs and how every decision in my company is stored and auditable.

So then we get that and why they only work with facts control.

So I give it clarity on the paragraph.

I want working paragraph to paragraph is really helpful because you can give it the context and then tell it what you want within it.

And then I was pretty happy with that is done.

The only thing I added, I actually added a quote from a LinkedIn user which if you read it, you'll see it.

I had, I just cut and paste that off his LinkedIn profile and drop that in and then I just asked it for a LinkedIn post and there we go.

And I've now like staged this on LinkedIn.

I tweaked it a bit with extracting it and then I actually went back and edited and I said, you know what, I want one more paragraph because we want people to be able to build with the API.

And then I linked to a FinTech Futures article on NOAN, and it went and read that and it said, great, here we go, here's what's possible.

So it's taking the context from that and then now how you can build on top of the API and we're going to let you do that.

And then that was it.

And then I dropped those in.

So basically this took me sub 10 minutes to get it live.

And it is a really strong thought leadership piece in my opinion.

Now obviously I have benefits, of being an ex journalist.

I know how to structure a story, I know how to structure the narrative, so I can act as an editor to kind of do this right.

But if you think about it the same way, there's a couple of key tips.

First, set the context of what you want to work on.

The first result back should be pretty good.

But then expand on it and give it clarity of where you want it to add different aspects of content into the story.

you can ask it to go search a previous article that you need it to read to give it context of that.

That's very helpful and be specific.

I want you to go search this for context that you can.

Then I'll instruct you next it will go and do that.

It will then use that context in this environment.

and you can get to really powerful thought leadership pieces that for any sector will cut through if you follow this approach.
