Automate Your Business Vision with Custom Facts

Hi everyone.

I just want to talk about custom fact that I built and the impact it's had actually for what we're doing at NOAN.

And also I've used it since with a couple of other users and just seen incredible results.

So one of the things that, I realized is that often as a founder, you have a vision for your company of where it should go, what it should be, how big it should be, how it should execute.

And this is often way beyond kind of the day to day.

And you've got to capture that really, particularly if you're scaling because you want everyone to understand that vision.

But it's often beyond just your vision statement.

Right.

This is actually real detail about what you're doing, why you're doing it, how big you could see it, the impact it could be, where it fits in the market.

So what I did is I created a custom fact called product Vision.

And then I dropped into this and I detailed what our product vision is and what we're becoming.

And we're basically making every one of your companies an API that agents and humans can build from.

And so as a result, I opened the assistant and I dictated into the assistant what my vision for my company was and then I asked it to clean up my language and add it to this fact.

So it did that perfectly.

It's in there, it's locked in.

Perfect.

we've got people working with us now, PR team who are actually also NOAN users.

So this product vision is going to be used by everybody across the business.

And then what I did is I jumped back into the assistant and this is where the magic happened.

So here with the assistant and you can see my conversation, I really quickly said, based on our product vision, what facts should we be updating that feel outdated?

And it went straight through and detailed a host of our facts that weren't quite up to the product vision.

And, and then, why not?

And I said, okay, let's start doing them.

Update the origin story fact, it tweaked, it update our mission and vision as a result, and our brand positioning.

Boom, boom, boom, automatically done.

both of those updated.

Can you also update the product strategy fact accordingly?

So we've got our product strategy updated, product type, just all of these.

Right.

Went through.

And now why this is interesting is that I now have a fact where I can, as we evolve the product, just articulate the vision for what the product is.

And then I can automatically ask the assistant to update any relevant facts to keep the whole team aligned.

and this is a huge leap for just the way we even think about being able to get your vision as a founder across your company.

Now, the second reason this is really important is if you're setting up on NOAN, for example, which we just did with one user, you can actually set up a custom fact here, give it all the context, because you often know what you want to build, you know who you're targeting, but you haven't had the ability to kind of build the facts yet.

Give you that context into the product vision fact.

Then just jump into the assistant and ask it which facts it would update as a result of the product vision, and it will, boom, build your business in seconds.

And one of the users I was just on, they said they were watching their business being real in real time because it was just doing fact after fact after fact and accurately delivering them and then connecting the dots behind all of them.

and so this is something I recommend everybody does.

If you're scaling something, you have a vision for you and your company is create a custom fact, put your product vision in there, or your business vision, and then use that to direct the way that all of these other facts are built.
