Customizing Client Portal Guide

Hey there, I am going to talk you through my process for creating these screenshots that we need for the client portal guide.

So we use a Canva design and each page of the Canva design corresponds to a spot in the client portal guide where we need to switch out.

So we need to update the login page screenshot.

And the two things that we need to update on the login page is the logo, which is this placeholder, and we need to update this button color.

On these pages, you will need to upload the client portal banner here.

You will need to switch out the font color of log out on all pages.

In accordance with what you select in their brand settings.

You need to update the color of each of these headings individually.

You need to update the business information so you can just type directly in here.

And finally, you need to update this second tab name.

So I pretty much ask clients to choose between whether bookings or projects.

Is the correct name for them.

So unless there is some third option, you don't actually have to do any typing.

You just need to delete whichever of these pages or whichever of these names is not relevant for each page.

So for the homepage, if we're doing projects, we would delete bookings.

So that is the homepage.

Next, we have the bookings page, or another name would be the projects page.

And the only difference there is that second tab name.

But remember that you need to upload that client banner and upload— update this logout, name or font color.

On the emails tab, you need to update this inbox color.

On the profile page, you don't need to update anything except deciding whether you're using the bookings or the project and uploading the client portal banner.
