Hook Up Your Workflows

If your lead capture scheduler or public proposal are already live on your website, you need to make sure that you make a copy of that live form.

So we're going to go to templates, forms, and then if you've already got one live, you can just hit this duplicate button.

and then once we click into either the old only form or the duplicated form on a lead capture, there are two different ways you might need to hook up your workflows.

The first would be if you have multiple workflows.

So in our example where we needed to hook up wedding lead and portrait lead, then you're gonna be looking for a question on your form that is something like, what service are you interested in?

You should know what question this is for you, but you're gonna locate it.

And then you'll see that over here on the left-hand side, there are different options.

So these are the service options, and then here you'll select the appropriate workflow that you need to hook up.

And then you need to do that for each of your offers.

Once you've done that, you would save and close.

Now, if your workflow— or excuse me, if your workflow testing guide only gives you one workflow to hook up, then we're gonna do something a little bit different.

You're not gonna have this what service are you interested in question.

And instead over here, you're gonna go to form settings and you're going to hook up the default workflow with the singular workflow that your workflow testing guide is telling you needs to be hooked up.

So you'll hook that up and then save and close.

Now a public proposal is going to look a little bit different.

So a public proposal, you're going to open up You will go to the settings and then you need to toggle on the public proposal options.

This is where you will now get the option to hook up a default workflow.

In a public proposal, there would never be the option to have what service are you interested in and then to hook up multiple workflows.

You're only going to have this singular default workflow option.

So you'll select that workflow option, make any other changes that you wanna make, like for example, updating the project title, and then you will save and close.

And that is how you hook up your workflows to these two different form types so that you can begin testing.
