we're not a traditional broker, we're not another investment bank We are a modern M&A advisory firm that leverages a hybrid model of expert M&A advisors, including our core advisory team, plus a selected specialist from that specific niche.

So if we're selling a fire safety business, we've got a veteran expert from that space, either in the US or UK, we've got them in our network that come into the deal and they work with our core team.

And then we've also got a custom AI deal concierge, which we train, really intensely for that particular client's process.

It's really incredible what it can do.

It helps prepare the documents, the first drafts, the first draft of buyer lists, the campaigns going out to buyers, and it monitors risks and opportunities along the process.

You'll see an animation on this website landing page and showing how we look for deal signals, market intelligence as the deal evolves, so that we can mitigate risk, follow up fast, personalized communication to that buyer, all with the, the goal of helping our sell-side clients, our business owners, secure more offers, have a negotiation lever, secure better deal terms, and in turn have a luxury of choice on which business buyers to choose from, whereas the traditional brokers, sometimes they only end up with one offer or none at all.

And sometimes these great businesses very sadly close down.

And that's exactly what we're solving here at Dealflow Agent.

And that's why we've just raised VC capital from investors, the same investors that were at the seed stage at Uber and Notion and Canva, the design software.

these companies have gone on to grow from millions to, to $10 or $80 billion valuation in, in the case of Uber.

They really believe in what we're doing to help business owners, We understand that, you know, across your channel you've got followers or subscribers, or listeners that in their head— they're like, I do wonder about selling my company.

Like, how's— how would I go about it?

Who would I speak to?

And a few of those business owners will actually already have buyers in their inbox, the private equity funds contacting them, but the business owners don't know which buyers to choose from, what their intentions, what's their financial capability.

Is he did, he's done one LinkedIn post initially, and then it went on to— he did quite a few LinkedIn posts and Instagram posts, but that initial launch LinkedIn post brought in over £1.7 million of pipeline revenue, which is about $2.3 million USD.

and you know, it took him half an hour to write it.

It got 1,000 likes, 300 comments, and his commission off the back of that will be in and around kind of $200K, $250K in commission just from that initial post.

And he's doing more content like that.

Now, some of you, only a few thousand, but that's fine because you've got business owners in your audience.

And for perspective, our average commission, if we're selling a company on average around $10 million, is around $350K at Dealflow Agent.

So your, your percentage share is actually very significant.

You do that a couple of times, and within 6 months you could be earning hundreds of thousands with, with very little effort.

But in terms of the value we offer to your audience, which is obviously very important, it's not just about the referral commission on offer, Which is, you know, it is one of the most important transactions they'll ever make.
