Branded GDS Flight Options Presentation

Agents need to be able to present options that are available in the GDS to a customer in a branded way.

Before the option is booked, usually before you're even willing to allow the customer to pay for the option, most agencies want to get a feeling for whether or not the option makes sense for the customer.

The easiest way to do this is simply by pasting in the information from the GDS and putting it into the flight GDS option here in YellowGo.

You could click on graphical version and actually be able to display all of the information from the— from the GDS conversion, whether Sabre or Amadeus, in a beautiful way.

It has your logo, it has the travel time for the entire journey, meaning for flights that are have a less than a 36-hour layover is considered part of the journey.

So all the way from, let's say, JFK through to Tel Aviv, and vice versa, from Tel Aviv back to JFK.

It shows the names and dates of birth, again, all based on the information that was available in here.

We also have the ability to toggle on and off, let's say, the airline logo, or let's say you don't want to show the cabin All of this is customizable.

You even have the ability to add notes.

For example, includes exit row.

It adds it to all them, but you can simply go in here and delete if it's not relevant.

Don't forget that you could also click on text version, which gives you a very laid out basic version of this that's primarily used for WhatsApp or in a messaging app where images may not be ideal.

This works for Sabre and Amadeus.

Lots of flexibility.

You could also put in any prices if you wanted to present it to the customer.

And now they could see the, the price and when it was generated, so they can't say that it was— maybe it's— it was from days ago and the price is not valid.

So this is again the best way to do it from before the person pays.

You want to gauge whether or not the option works best for them.

We also use it sometimes to allow the customer to get a thumbs up if an invalid change needs to be done.
