Hi, I'm Kaitlyn, and I am a holistic nutritionist and a mom.

I help Christian moms who feel tired, overwhelmed, and confused by all the nutrition noise to finally feel calm and confident about feeding their families.

A few years ago, I had my first baby, my little girl.

And I felt this immense sense of responsibility to really take care of her body well and to make sure that she is the healthiest that she can be.

and so I was looking all around to figure out, how do I do that?

All I could see was conflicting information.

And so I was just utterly confused.

And so I went to get my nutritional therapy certification, and I did that, and it made it much more clear that, food is what God gave us to heal our bodies.

And it is so intricately designed to nourish us that if we are missing out on that, then we will be suffering.

Also, I give you simple, doable steps, not perfect rules that don't fit inside motherhood so you can have more steady energy, better mood, and peace and clarity around what you're eating.
