Hello everyone.

I just wanted to talk about keeping your facts updated and give you a really good example of something I've done and caught, and the steps I've taken to resolve it.

So we're sending out some emails to agencies that we've seen who signed up to our mailing list because we're getting a lot of agencies signing up for NOAN.

And we've got a really good email here that Daniel, on our team has done.

and I was just looking through it and then I spotted this one line here, client mode.

So it stated that you can seamlessly manage multiple clients, assign strategies and collaborate on deliverables.

Now we had client mode as an old feature and we took it away actually and brought in the Advisor portal instead.

So, that must be in my fact somewhere because I've got created this, it's referenced my fax, it's got to be somewhere.

So what I've done to rectify this is I jumped into the assistant and I said, where in my fax does it mention client mode?

and I said, which specific ones does it mention in?

And then you can see here that it alludes to some of the concepts in client mode, but it specifically says it mentions it in our platform features in our product features Fact.

That's where it mentions client onboarding and client mode.

This was one line in that fact which just shows you the kind of capabilities that NOAN has.

Because it recognized that it was looking for something for agencies.

And so as a result it searched, specifically for the relevant product features that work for agencies.

And in here it was buried.

And I'll show you because you've got the history of every fact.

So if I go down here, you'll see, agency features.

One line, that was it.

and that was what NOAN pulled on because the way that the assistant structured, it uses core context as facts.

And then when it realizes it needs other facts, it will go and find the right ones.

and in this one it went, well, I need product featured facts because I'm talking about the value agencies can get.

I'm going to go to this fact and in there it's found the fact that, client mode exists, which it no longer does.

And that's where it's taken from.

So what I've done is, deleted it and removed it.

And now when we create, that will not be surfaced at all by the NOAN assistant or by, create Mode whenever we need it.
