Okay, super excited to announce a brand new convenience to Yaalago where not only can you upload a Passport and that it long sells into the record and not only does it save to the client, record the text result of what's going to go so that you can long sell it in the future, but now the image will save to the client link and it's going to.

If it's at least six months in advance, you can set up a task automatically to remind you six months before the passport expires.

It works like this.

Go ahead and upload a Passport, click on file upload.

Now you can obviously click on Convert and Copy and the information is available right here for Sabre or Amadeus.

But now when you click on Save to CRM, of course you could add tags, for example, if you wanted to add it to any of the existing tags that you have so you can find it later.

Or you can go ahead and press Submit.

Now it's going to ask you Do you want to create a Passport expiration task?

Let's click on yes.

It gives you a preview of what it looks like and when it's going to remind you which is six months before the expiration of the passport and this is the description.

Now you could change it for example, if you want some more context for when you do get the email, what it should say, but let's go ahead and click on save as is.

Then in the clients we see the passport right here with the gender and the passport.

You can go in and click on edit and the passport now is going to show right here in a preview window.

And the task is automatically created as you'll see on the dashboard, that there's a passport expiration happening and six months before that agent will get a notification.
