Today we're going to be talking about how hirin.ai helps automate the entire recruitment process using AI agents.

So the moment you create a job, you basically are asking Zena, which is again an AI agent, to help you create a job description.

So once you put the name and some details, it will automatically spin off the entire job description.

It will also identify which department are being done and you can also create your selection criteria, which is the budgets as well as location and other aspects of it.

And then can you move to create your own AI driven questions because you want to conduct an AI video interview.

And you can also define what kind of questions you're going to be asking, customize them.

And once you reach this is the core of the system, which is the orchestration layer, which says that whenever a candidate applies, you do a CV screening as an AI agent, understand what is happening, you trigger a WhatsApp template.

you need to ask the candidate certain questions about the fitment of the role and why they are looking for the change.

And based on that, you can then invite them to AI video interview.

Then you are hiring manager round one, hiring manager round two and hiring manager.

The moment you publish a job, it will automatically come to your own career site, which means you have your own career site where people can apply directly.

Whenever they apply, they come directly into the candidates pool and then automatically they move into your funnel of hiring.

All of this is happening automatically.

No recruiter has to do any data entry right away.

The moment they come into the system, you basically now know what is there curriculum vitae in terms of what the cv looks like.

Now automatically then the AI would screen the cvs, give them a fitment score and they will also try to, you know, kind of contact them through agent bot, which is the WhatsApp agent bot, and ask them certain questions.

You can see, the AI agent connects directly through WhatsApp and asks the candidates how long have you been working?

What is your current ctc, which city you are based in?

What is your expected ctc, what is your notice period?

All of this communication happening automatically.

And based on that, the system now gives an overall summary of the candidate.

Like, what is the brief about the size, the expected CTC and the reason?

And this is the entire chat log.

And then automatically the agents also do a video interview with the candidate and they understand that what kind of questions have been asked.

And the candidate can appear anytime they want to appear.

Okay, like, and you can see all the questions and the answers they have done is automatically transcripted over here.

And you can now get a score out of it.

And then eventually you get the overall score.

And then based on that, you can then move them to the hiring manager round.

The hiring managers can also fill the assessment details over here and they can recommend whether they want to proceed, reject, or not, or proceed to the next round.

And, and when they proceed to the next round, then the secondary hiring manager also does the same thing.

And then automatically they would move to the next round altogether.

And then eventually you can see that the entire process which was done by AI agents, has an entire timeline tracking so that you know, when did they apply, what was the CV stage, when did they appear for the interview, when the hiring manager schedules were done, and when did the candidate get selected?

So this is the end to end when it comes to the entire automation where the base orchestration will basically trigger all the AI, agents, and those agents will do 80% of the recruiter's job.
