Hi, welcome back to Conveyo.

Today we're looking into how you can add members to your organization in the Conveyo platform.

We're currently in the Settings menu in your Conveyo environment looking at the organization members.

Here you can invite additional members by leveraging the invite button on the top right.

You can write the email addresses of the people you'd like to add before send Decide on their role.

There are three different roles you can give.

You have the viewer, which is a read only access to study results and data.

You have the members who can create and launch studies, use topic guides but cannot manage other team members or their access rights.

And you have the admin who has a full permission including study management and the administration of all the team members.

When you have chosen this, you can send out the invitation.

These invitations can be managed on this site.

Here you will be able to track if people have accepted the invitation or if they're still pending and you can also revoke them.

Next to this you can also manage the members that have accepted the invite.

You can change their role and also remove them if required.
