Hotel Data Overview for Corporate Teams 🏨

Welcome to because my name is Robin.

And in this video, I will show you how you, as Corporate Sustainability Team or Corporate RFP team, can get full overview of your hotel's data.

in the platform, there are two ways you can do this.

Either you can look at an individual property and see what they have answered to a given framework or data request, or you can download in bulk.

but let's start with looking at the individual hotel.

From the get started page that you see here, we click on data collection, go to My data collection.

And from here up here you can look at all the hotels, within your group.

In this case we're looking at this specific hotel.

And here you have full overview of what they actively have on their My Data Collection page.

So here you can see we have two separate frameworks, one for HRS and one for the GBTA standard.

And here I can dive directly into the framework itself.

If I click Open here, go to my questions, and then I have full visibility into each of the topics within the framework.

If I click further into the topics, I can see each of the question and specifically what the hotel has answered.

Now if I wanted to just export this data, I could go back to the main framework here and click Export.

Clicking Export will basically just download the file itself.

And this will be in an Excel spreadsheet.

now let's say I wanted to look at all the answers for my hotels in bulk.

The way to do this is to go to reports, group reports.

From here I can pull data in bulk for the whole hotel group, or if I have my hotel split into different groups here, least managed and so forth.

But in this case we select the full group, then we select the framework itself.

So let's take the GVTA standard.

I select yearly and then I select for the year I want to export the data from.

Then I click Create.

Then it will load.

It will always tell you the status right here.

Once it's done, you'll be able to download the file, as you can see here.

And by opening the file.

You will see the full export of the framework itself.

So over here you will see the name of each property, you will see the topics that we showed in the platform before, and then you will see underneath each of the questions within the framework and the data itself that has been reported in the hotel.

with this you can obviously see where there are gaps in the data and you can use the data externally if you need to report it into separate systems.
