I'm, the founder here at House of Voice.

I started House of Voice because I was frustrated in my previous business.

I was trying to do a few things.

I was trying to call all my inactive leads, I was trying to call all my inactive customers.

I wanted to call those that was about to purchase my product but abandoned the last minute.

I wanted to call, all my event attendees that registered but never showed up.

But, I simply didn't have the resources to do that.

And when I did have the resources to invest in a team, I, realized I was facing three issues.

First one being that the best people in the team didn't want to stay on that phone calling job for a long time because it was repetitive.

the ones that did end up staying, I had to spend a lot of management time to train them and keep the quality high.

And it was always up and down.

And finally, the ones that ended up staying, we had a pretty decent sized team, but there was always competing priorities, meaning there were things that was more urgent than important that we never really could do.

All the things that I dreamt we thought, or I thought we could do.

and that's when I started experimenting with Voice AI.

I spent more than €30,000 of our money invested in technology, built it all up to complement my voice, my human team.

It sounded robotic, it was poor.

There was absolutely high latency.

People didn't want to speak to an AI, it didn't do any non English languages really well.
