Mastering Emails with Known: Your AI Assistant 🚀

Okay, I want to show you quickly how I do emails because if I'm doing a newsletter it's going to go out for on NOAN.

And one of the things I've noticed talking to users is some of them are back and forth chatting a lot with the assistant, in a way that they might do with the likes of ChatGPT.

And ChatGPT isn't.

Is is very different to NOAN, because NOAN has all your facts and knowledge already stored.

So number one you don't need to give it extra context.

Number two, it also has a host of different tooling that it's looking to use whenever you need it to use it.

so you know whether it could be add something to network, update something, etc.

It can do all those things for you.

As a result, what you want to do is be super clear with your instructions, chat, GPT and a good way.

I described it to a user.

people will chat to like it's someone they've met in the pub, right in really kind of back and forth terms and it's your friend, etc.

NOAN is the best employee you've ever had and as a result you want to talk to it and give it instructions just like you would in the workplace.

If you had an employee that could do everything and knew everything.

That's a bit of a distinction because the way you articulate to that employee needs to be clear, but it also needs to expect that it can go off and execute straight away.

It doesn't need back and forth information.

So I'm giving you an example of how I would send an email and we can see how it comes out.

I want you to write an email for me that is going out to users who have not subscribed yet.

The email needs to detail the fact that now if they want to know the use cases they can get from NOAN, it's really simple.

All they have to do is land on our homepage, drop their URL into the input field and NOAN will automatically analyze their business and give them bespoke use cases that are personalized to their business for how they could use NOAN to scale Then add that if they sign up from there, NOAN will have already started to build out their fax for their business.

If they've got multiple businesses they can just check it as many times as they wish and drop those different URLs in.

This is also great if you're working with clients and think that your clients could use NOAN to help them scale their business.

So this is my request and what you'll see is I've been very, very clear as if I was over the shoulder of an employee, briefing them in exactly what I want.

Just so this is exactly what we need.

No guesswork, no generic advice, just headed insights to your business.

Perfect.

This is pretty much absolutely perfect.

It's got my demo link because that's stored as a fact.

Ideal.

Now if I wanted to edit it further, I would send this to create mode or I would give it follow up instructions.

But for me that's a one shot.

This is going to go out to all of our users today, who have not signed up yet.

and so this is the perfect email for me.

Done in one shot, all with voice input from Willow integrated.

So I'm using that to make sure that it's nice and easy.

and as a result there's just no back and forth.

Right.

Like dead simple, dead easy email in one shot.
