AI Content Agent: Scale Your Online Presence (And Business) with AI

Hey, my name is Mitch Harris, and today I'm going to give you a behind the scenes of AI content agent, which puts all of the skills that Nicholas Cole and Dickie Bush have used to scale their multimillion dollar business with hundreds of thousands of subscribers into a semi, automated, AI agent that will help you scale your brand.

And beyond that, I'm going to show you how AI agents can actually work for your business.

So let's take a look.

This is the AI content agent setup.

This is a app called Obsidian.

It's free, it's just a file manager.

It's nothing fancy but this is essentially my command center for content.

You can see that I've got this calendar here and the agent is working here on the right hand side.

So inside Obsidian have built this command center for content.

Over on the left hand side is where you'll see kind of the file layout All of that is included when you download it.

so these folders are where you organize everything that the agent knows.

It can search them just like you can to find what you need.

It just tends to be better at it.

In this middle part is where you can visualize the files.

If you've used notion, this will be extremely easy for you or even like Google Docs.

So here's what makes this different.

This is an instance over here on the right of the agent running now.

This is Claude code and I've given it a goal and a role so that it knows exactly what the job every single day is.

So that I just have to open it up and say hey, get working and it starts iterating on things.

You can see what it's doing here and it'll print out all of the tools and tasks and thinking that you want to be able to see So you're gonna watch it spawn up 28 content writing agents all at the exact same time.

The only thing I have to do is flick that first domino for everything else to happen.

So this is something that I built as a non technical person.

Now I can read a little bit of code.

I can write a little bit of code, but as far as making things that are extremely production ready, no one's going to hire me as a developer.

And that's why I'm confident that you can learn how to do this, to do basically anything that you want within your business.

So what's the difference between working with agents versus working with Claude or ChatGPT in the browser?

You can see that these things are popping up on my content calendar as I'm talking, You can see that total 27 single posts, just printed themselves to my content calendar.

So instead of having to do all of those things where you're clicking between windows, you type one command right?

It pulls your brand context, generates posts, checks the quality, checks them against an AI detection software and points out where it can be improved to sound more human and much more like you.

and then you've got it here to review and publish.

so it's the same AI models underneath.

And as more and better models come out, you can simply just swap to those more and better models.

But the underlying architecture, both of how you do work and how your business works will keep getting fed into the agent so that it can do more and more for you and give everyone on your team a promotion.

So tools tend not to stick, but systems and processes of established businesses that are looking to scale simply need the ability to do more and more frequently in higher quality.

So if everyone on your team all of a sudden becomes quality control, and is trained on how you think, what is good, and what needs to be both put out into the market and delivered to your clients, then the limit for what you can scale your business to really doesn't exist.

All right, the question that I get most often when it comes to content, specifically when using AI, is is it going to sound like AI?

My answer to that is a little bit being honest, any AI generated content is going to sound a little bit like AI.

Now I've taken the 20 most common AI tip offs, even more so than the ones that I give away in prompts, and I've baked them into the prompts to show the AI what to avoid and, and also to train it on what to pursue.

Like what actively to try to write instead of just what not to do.

Then we also use tools to humanize the writing and bypass AI detection.

humanize things a little bit more so than vanilla Claude and Vanilla ChatGPT.

And to show you, I just ran a quality check on in the agent and I'm going to send that right to GPT.

No, it's GPT 0 is what it's called.

I'm going to scan here using this API or this is just the regular interface.

Right.

So we've got 87% human.

That is sensational.

That's exactly what we want.

If we can get to 100% human, we might be able to edit some of these things, down a cool demo.

So this sounds like me, but this.

Five questions, 20 minutes.

Save yourself from having to explain.

Take some time, up, front.

Okay, so that staccato very short sentence, very short sentence and then longer sentence or just the rule of three is something that AI really likes doing because it's a good tactic.

But even just doing that is going to improve my score here.

I bet that it goes highlights that in green and we get to 88%.

All right, and another cool thing that we've done here is add AI image generation natively into your content agent.

And this is extremely useful.

This is where people's brains tend to break, not because it generates the best images, but because it can use other services at will when you tell it to.

And that applies not just to generating the content, but that's a jumping off point to, to having AI direct and utilize tools where it makes sense in the business.

So, for instance, in this front matter here, you can see that I've used Gamma to generate a carousel for this audit checklist.

If I'm putting a checklist up, I want a slide for each one of the, items on my checklist.

And you can see it's got a little bit of this AI generated image.

I don't tend to like these very much, but infographics, charts, graphs, all that fun stuff, and it's generated.

He's writing in perfect Helvetica.

That's not Helvetica, but it's nonsense.

But if we can take what's great about the post and then just visualize it, carousels do very, very well on LinkedIn.

So it took some inspiration from my design aesthetic and then took the post and turned it intelligently into an image that we can post alongside this.

So if you're spending tons of time in Canva or other tools, you can simply take those skills and install them into the agent to give yourself even more time back.

So even if you don't want to learn everything about AI, don't worry, the content is the main thing that you're getting out of this, especially in the first couple of days.

So you can show up and you can get basically a great hire, to manage your content automatically for you.

Save you about 15 hours a week or more depending on how much you want to be putting out.

But some other common questions that I've gotten about this is number one about the technical ability.

I'm not technical.

Can I actually build this?

How much scraping around documentation am I going to have to do?

And honestly cohort one we did a lot of that.

Cohort number two, we are not doing nearly as much.

Number two, the second question that we get, I've already tried some AI tools but they just didn't stick.

this is actually more of a moat against getting stuck in AI tools.

A lot of the frontier labs are creating this type of interface that plugs directly into your files.

So if you want to avoid getting beholden to one of the frontier AI labs, this is actually the, the best way to learn how to do that so that you can solve your AI problems which are actually just the business problems but leveraging AI.

So whether or not you use Claude or ChatGPT or Grok, if you use Grok or Gemini, all of those plug directly into the structure of AI content agent.

So don't be afraid of getting locked into tools.

You won't even be locked into the tools that I have.

You use these principles, transcend beyond which softwares we end up using, for the agent, but you still get the exact same outcome that you're looking for and then what if it doesn't work for me?
