Okay, so here's an organization, the bigger blue circle is your company.
00:05
And so I can kind of zoom in and zoom out and see what the teams and sub teams are and who are the people filling the different roles.
00:14
If I click for instance on the HR team, that's when you can come in and fill out what the purpose is of the HR team, what the domain is or the decision making capability, what the accountabilities of the HR teams are, what the checklist is, if there's anything, what the indicators are and that level of information, you'll be able to come fill it in not just for the HR team, but for the sub teams as well.
00:43
You'll have the same level of information and even the roles as well.
00:47
So you can go pretty granular.
00:48
So once you've done that, you'll be able to also of see the different roles that one individual.
00:57
So for instance Michael Scott, you can see all the different roles that he has the organization.
01:03
Because self managed teams have the possibility of having multiple roles for a person throughout the organization.
01:10
So you can see that.
01:12
And generally you'll be able to kind of shift things around pretty quickly.
01:17
You can kind of move things around and change things really quickly.
