You can now embed Tella videos directly into Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides using the Tella Google Workspace Marketplace page. This allows you to add context to documents, provide visual aids in presentations, or include marketing videos in your workflows. Simply install the add-on from the marketplace, paste your Tella video link into a Google Doc, and it will embed as a smart chip with a thumbnail, author, and duration.

You can now embed Tella videos in Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Sheets through Tella's Google Workspace Marketplace page.

So this is really good if you want to embed any Tella videos in line of your Google Doc.

Well, Sheets or Google Slides, in Google Docs it's perfect to add additional context to the document that you are sharing out.

and in Google Sheets and Google Slides, same thing.

Let me show you how to actually get it set up.

So the first thing you want to do is head over to the Google Workspace Marketplace.

this is also accessible in a Google Doc.

So if I do docs new under extensions add ons I do get add ons.

I can search Tella and then install the add on.

And when you install the add on it will bring you through this oauth flow, for you to grant access, to Tella for us to embed videos in your documents, sheets and slides.

So I'm just going to click continue and the extension is installed.

And from here it's really simple to use.

So let's say I have this video from Grant, about watermarks on your videos.

I'm just going to copy the link to that, go back into my Google Doc, paste it, click tab, and just like that, the video is embedded as a smart chip in my Google Docs.

So imagine this was like a PRD or something that we had on Google Docs and we wanted to close a loop on this PRD and we wanted to include the actual marketing video that we shared with customers.

We could do something just like that.

I showed, pasting the video link into the Google Doc and embedding it as a smart chip.

You can also get some additional some additional context from the Smart Chip.

So So if I hover over the video, the Smart Chip you can see your video thumbnail, the author, the duration of the video and you can also click watch the full video on Tella.
