Are you an artist, producer, content creator, or upcoming engineer who's sick and tired of spending hours watching how to videos, adjusting knobs that you don't even know what they do half the time, losing creative juices just so you could troubleshoot, Just so that you could work on that project that you've been trying to work on for weeks?
00:15
And who am I?
00:16
I am Vigs.
00:17
Vigs.
00:17
Make it Nasty.
00:18
Recording, mixing, mastering engineer and producer from Florida.
00:21
I've been recording and mixing here in, in Florida for about 10 years now.
00:24
I'm a Grammy nominated recording engineer.
00:27
I've worked with artists like the Weeknd, Dababy, Lil Teca, Black Mario, the list goes on.
00:32
And I've also coached artists through building home studios where they were going to record songs that would surpass a million streams.
00:38
So the thing is, I know the secret to getting high end studio sound without spending studio money.
00:43
Because here's the reality of it, you're gonna spend so much money on studio time, it's gonna run you dry.
00:48
And there's so many artists out there and creators who just can't afford studio time, right?
00:52
And on top of that, they'll have a home studio set up that they've spent all this money on and they have no idea how to use any of the equipment.
00:58
So they're wasting hours fighting with the interface, fighting with the engineer, and they're still sounding like they're recording inside of a cardboard box.
01:05
So what are we going to do about this?
01:06
I need you to stop guessing, stop going on YouTube looking up YouTube engineers who have only recorded themselves and their cousin, okay?
01:13
Because that's really the reality of it.
01:14
a lot of them don't know what they're talking about.
01:16
No shade to like, some of them, some of them know what they're talking about, but at the end of the day, a lot of them don't know what they're talking about.
01:22
I'm also going to need you to stop looking up audio school like Full Sail Sae, worrying about paying tuition to get a diploma that nobody is ever going to ask you for.
01:32
I've never been in the studio where somebody asked me to see my diploma ever.
01:35
So the goal for you should be two things.
01:38
Hit record and create.
01:39
And you should be able to do those two things efficiently so that you can get all your ideas out without having to think about anything.
01:45
And let me keep it real with you.
01:46
This is not going to be for people who are not willing to invest time and maybe even some money into upgrading their setup to so that they can get a sound that they've been looking for.
01:53
Because at the end of the day, you might not even have the right equipment to get the sound that you've been looking for, right?
01:58
And if that sounds too scary, there's no worries.
02:00
Bandlab works just fine.
02:02
And there's no shade to bandlab.
02:03
You know what I'm saying?
02:04
We all know.
02:04
We all know Steve Lacy, anyways.
02:06
so what are we gonna do about this?
02:07
well, you can click the link below and you could book a free call.
02:09
And And what we're gonna do is we're gonna discuss what your setup looks like, what you're working with, your equipment, your computer, all that good stuff, the genre you're working on.
02:17
If you're a producer, you're an engineer, content creator, and.
02:19
And really just what your goals are in your home setup, so that we could design a custom plan for you and really just help you get to those goals in your home studio, whether it's understanding what everything does or really just setting up a plug and play template so that you could just hit record and you'll be ready at all times.
02:34
And finally from there, if you want to do that, we'll book a full call and I'LL basically step foot into your studio and I will set everything up for you.
02:41
I'll basically hold your hand so that you can understand everything going on and and that you can continue to do that in your studio and you can move forward as a great engineer, producer, content creator, whatever it is.
02:51
So what's the fix?
02:51
well, first we're gonna look at the gear, right?
02:53
I'm gonna look at your mic, I'm gonna look at your interface and exactly what you put it in the room.
02:56
Because you'd be so surprised.
02:57
Even where you put the mic in the room could make a huge difference on the way your audio sounds as you're recording.
03:02
And then from there, I'm gonna look at what daw you're using.
03:04
It shouldn't really make a difference what daw you're using, but I just wanna understand what your workflow is so that we could, at the end of the day, Logic Pro Tools, Ableton, FL, even BandLab, they really all do the same thing.
03:13
but what really matters is the sauce.
03:15
what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna dial in all those plugins, dial in your daw, and make sure that you have personally crafted presets so that all you have to do, like I said, is press play and hit record and create.
03:25
And why does this work?
03:26
I'm gonna be honest, after years of working with artists, one thing I've realized is that it does not matter how.
03:31
How much you spend on your gear.
03:33
Better gear and higher prices does not equal a better sound.
03:36
Right?
03:36
You could have a $10,000 microphone, you could be spending $500 on engineer, on a studio time with an engineer, and you still won't make the song that you were trying to make because you don't know what you're doing with the mic, or the engineer doesn't know what they're doing, or the engineer just doesn't see your vision, whatever the case may be.
03:50
So that's not going to be what gets you a platinum record, you know?
03:53
But what will get you a platinum record is really just understanding your equipment, understanding how you engineer so that you could explain to the engineer what you want to do with your vision, and really just understanding your creative goals overall.
04:05
That will get you a platinum record that will get you to a million streams.
04:08
I've seen it happen.
04:09
So if this sounds like it's going to be something for you, I want you to click the link below and book a call with me today.
04:13
Let me help you level up your sound and let's make it nasty.
