Project June: AI Voice Assistant

I hope you guys are well.

So I'm inviting you to go test the assistant I've built.

It's sort of first version, very high level prototype.

Obviously we're going to connect this to your phone number, we're going to connect this to your email.

But the brains is what we start with.

Right.

And the brains is based on the PDF and your website.

so please have a look.

You can obviously chat with it, you can speak with it and, and the goal here in this phase is to see what is the knowledge gap it has that we have to fill it with.

Number two is what are the customization options we need to look at.

For example, maybe it's not understanding German properly because I'm not a good judge of obviously how good its German is.

I think it's voice is not great.

So I require one of you to give me your voices so we can clone it.

or like a good German speaker's voice.

Maybe like a voice artist that you want to have or a friend that has a good voice.

so yeah, so these are things that we need to figure out and polish.

But really the first part of the test is to figure out is this even answering questions that are basic and is it able to understand, understand you and are you able to have a fluent conversation without getting stopped and the AI is with you.

Right.

And more fine tuned the better.

So have a look, test this and once you like this the next step is to yeah, obviously improve it with more knowledge basis and improve its brains, improve the voice, improve the model a little bit and once that is done we can connect it to a phone number and forward your phone number to that phone number so it's seamless for the customer and connect it to your systems and your tools.

Right.

and the booking system.

I've sent you an email that you, you need to send to them because I'm not able to find API access.

So if there are no API accesses to that we need to find workarounds that might be complicated but most good booking systems have APIs and if they do we can fix it.

Right.
