My name is Mahesh.

I was part of building Epicenter once upon a time.

I'm still a shareholder, very proud one.

And I'm very happy to show you a little demo that I've built together with Christopher Granfelt It was Christoffer idea.

So the last 18 months I've been spending a lot of time working with voice applications and AI.

And we came up with an idea called Monica, which is an Epicenter member, happiness Manager.

So in this case her job is to follow up with members.

For the instance you've had an event, you can call all the delegates that were at the event and follow up on how the event was and book maybe a meeting, for those that are interested to upsell them.

It could be people sitting in the house that are not very active in our community.

So you want to reactivate them.

It could be people that were ex members that you want to get back into the community.

So the opportunity with this kind of an agent is endless.

so you can use it for reactivation, up sales, you can use it for NPS kind selection, you can use it for product feedback improvements.

Obviously there's so many other use cases.

So I wanted to show you that, you know, yeah, you can test this yourself.

So you put in your number and it'll call you or you can chat with it or speak with it over here.

So you get a feeling obviously this is a, this is a very simple prototype or a demo.

I've trained this based on our information on our website.

so it might not be able to answer all the things that you, you might know that is not on the website.

So in that case we'll have to connect that.

We can also connect this to all the tools you use, whether it's booking systems, calendars, and CRM, whatever.

That's pretty straightforward.

My tool is very modular so we can come up with more voice agents or more AI based agents.

And it also positions Epicenter, to be somebody that's applying AI because a lot of people talk about AI, very few businesses apply AI.

So I think we should be at the forefront in finding use cases that actually create value for everybody involved.
