Hello, I'm Sam, the CTO of Cruva, and I'm going to show you how to send out payment links to manage your crew subscriptions.

Now, a lot of our agency clients prefer to have all of their plans under one big subscription that bills, all at once under one payment method.

However, other clients, which I'm assuming would be you, if you're watching this video, would instead prefer to send out individual payment links where your clients enter their payment method and it's all managed separately.

Today I'm going to show you how to easily set that up.

Firstly, let's click on the top right and then click My Account.

The bottom click Advanced Options.

And then we're going to click Manage Agency Billing with separate subscriptions.

Then click Save.

This is going to change the way the billing works on your account.

So now if we come back to the billing page, you'll see there's this billing, subscriptions dashboard here at the top of your billing page.

It's super simple.

All you're going to do is click Add Subscription, give it a title, something, you know, memorable like.

I would just give it the name of the client.

So let's say we have someone, A, B, C, D, E shop, and then we'll just select which plan we want.

So let's say they want the scale plan.

Then I'll click Create Link.

Now, there is the ability to add multiple plans here.

but rule of thumb is it's always just going to be one plan per client, unless if that client specifically needs, multiple plans.

For example, there's a, client who has, one shop but across three regions.

So then they need three scale plans or, you know, two of the same shop that are kind of like different shops but the same thing anyways.

Most of the time just one plan, per subscription.

So this ABCDE shop needs one scale plan.

We're gonna click Create Link and then we can copy this link and send it to them.

It'll expire in 24 hours.

So as long as they complete the payment within 24 hours, it'll work.

Worst case, you can just create it again.

It's no big deal.

So once they, get the link and pay, it'll appear here on your, subscriptions panel where you can easily manage subscriptions.

for example, I can click Manage here.

I can change the name of the subscription, I can, adjust the quantities of the plans, or I can just cancel it if I want.

If I cancel the subscription, it will, change to canceling where it's still active, but, at the end of the billing cycle, it will not renew.

I can also undo by clicking Manage and then reactivate.

and yeah, super straightforward.

Then once you're done, you can just come to your shops page and then add the shop now that you have the available plans.

And the cool thing about the Cruva Billing platform is that you can mix and match any stores to these plants.

So, for example, I have 22 scale plans.

If I resume these two, that will consume two of them.

So now I'm back at 20.

okay, so let's say you need an extra scale plan.

I can pause this one now.

That'll free up, a plan.

I can add a shop here that will take a plan as well.

Like new scale shop, for example.

so I'll select a region.

so now that I now there's only, going to be 20 left because we just created a new store under the scale plan.

Anyways, you can have as many stores as you want up until your, plan limits, but you can pause stores, delete stores, and that will free up plans.
