Hi.
00:00
In this video we will see how the candidate queue in hiring AI works and see how resume parsing and profile assignment work.
00:08
The candidate queue option is available on the top of the candidate section just beside the search bar.
00:14
So here you'll be able to see the resumes that have been received on the email ID integrated with hiring.
00:21
The system automatically extracts the candidate details and adds them to the candidate queue for review.
00:27
So here you can see all the past candidate data is displayed in a table, making it easy for the recruiters to review and verify the details before adding them to the system.
00:36
Let's take a closer look at the table now.
00:38
Here you can see the resume file name followed by the candidate's name, email ID and phone number.
00:44
All these details have been extracted from the resume.
00:48
Here the source section shows from where the resume came Naukri or LinkedIn.
00:53
And the current position shows what the current role is of the candidate.
00:58
And the recommended position is suggested by hiring.
01:01
You can also see the snapshots of the email like this post the application details of the candidate.
01:09
Now moving ahead at the top right you'll find the action buttons to manage the candidates in the queue.
01:15
You can use the checkbox to select one or multiple candidates to move.
01:21
So here you can see two buttons.
01:22
One is Remove from Queue and Add Candidates.
01:25
If you click on Remove from Queue, the candidates would be removed from the queue and they won't be added into the system.
01:30
And once you click Add Candidates, that candidates will be added to the system and their workflow will begin.
01:37
This basically helps the recruiter to take action on the candidates after reviewing the details that has been validated by the AI.
