Connect OneSignal to Subsets

This video will show you how to connect to your one Signal instance.

To begin with, you can click on Settings Integrations.

You'll see your one Signal integration.

Over here we are asking for both your app ID and your API key.

You find that by going into your one Signal dashboard, clicking on Settings.

From there you see this keys and IDs options.

Select that and you will see your app ID here at the top.

And from here you can generate an API key.

Once both of those values are pasted, you can click on Test Connection and make sure that the connection has been established.

From there you can head over to Audiences where you'll create your first experiment.

And over here I'll click on one Signal.

Over here you'll see that we're asking for your onesignal message role.

This simply means the message which you sent in one signal, regardless of what type of message it is.

So if it's for example, an In App email push, doesn't really matter.

But I'll use email in this, in this scenario over here I have this email which I called Iuiwa due to a lack of creativity.

So I'll select that and what I'll simply do is I will just select this URL or copy it.

This works as the actual ID of the email is in the URL.

Head back to subsets, paste that in and you'll see that it has fetched the information of this campaign correctly.

And over here in the overview, you can see that the CRM link and message ID has been connected correctly.
