Dictionary Lookup

Hey there.

I want to show you a feature that we added to the Assistant to improve your research workflows.

So you may be having a conversation with Assistant and in the response there might be terminology that you're curious about or don't know what it means.

So you could select that term or set of terms and you're going to get this new dictionary lookup that's going to show you the dictionary definition of that word.

It's to going allow you to copy it to your clipboard.

You can also run a search against site search for that keyword or you can ask Assistant about that specific term which is going to create a follow up query.

So when I click this, it's going to run a query to ask that question to that individual term to explain it and you're going to get a response with a new search strategy with a new set of publications that it's going to look at that'll give you a follow up in one single thread.

So you can do this across multiple words or a single word if you want to learn more about it.

So if we want to look up anything else specifically, you can go through this and try and use this to help you determine different parts of the individual response that you want to go further.

If there's not a definition found, we won't show that.

But you can also search through our site search to see if there's any papers mentioning that term.

Or again ask a question as a follow up question to the site assistant and it'll give you a response.

So we're hoping that this will help you and it's a small way to improve some of the ways that you interact with Assistant and can help you in your research workflow.
