All right, let's talk about campaigns.
00:02
Once your AI agent is trained and understands your business, this is where the real work starts.
00:08
Campaigns are how you tell the agent who to target and how to reach them to create a campaign.
00:13
Click the create campaign button.
00:16
You'll see a list of campaign cards.
00:17
Each card represents a different way to run outbound.
00:21
You can start very simple.
00:23
For example, a personal based campaign.
00:25
Something like I want to target CTOs in the US working in SaaS companies with 10 to 500 employees.
00:32
You can also run more advanced campaign based on signals.
00:36
For example companies using a specific technology like Salesforce or HubSpot.
00:42
Companies that are hiring for a certain role or people who just started a new job.
00:47
You can even upload a list of contacts and ask the agent to work on them and find relevant contacts.
00:54
So let's pick a Persona based card campaign.
00:58
Now you simply describe what you want in natural language.
01:02
For example, I want to target head of sales or let's say sales leaders in fintech companies.
01:17
US based companies ranging from 10 to 500 employees.
01:26
The more obviously the more context you give the better the AI agent perform.
01:32
It's going to combine what you write here and your ICP and everything is already knows about your business to build the best targeting possible.
01:40
Next you choose.
01:42
You click on next and you have like the campaign target that is found by the AI agent.
01:49
you can edit this target.
01:51
So geography United States Industries Fintechs companies Head of sales PP Sales Sales director Perfect.
01:58
And the company size range.
02:01
Next you choose how many leads per day you want the agent to find.
02:05
Every day the agent will automatically source new leads and add them to your campaign.
02:09
Next you choose the approval mode.
02:12
So you have two different approval modes.
02:14
Autopilot mode means leads are contacted automatically as soon as they are found using your email and LinkedIn sequences.
02:22
You don't review the leads before the outreach.
02:26
This is very important to understand.
02:27
You don't review the leads before the outreach.
02:30
This is great for high volume campaigns where speed matters.
02:34
Copilot mode is similar but with one key difference.
02:38
Before leads enter A sequence, you can review them, approve or reject them, and even edit the messaging.
02:46
This is perfect if you want like more control.
02:49
let me get a bit ahead and show you what it looks like when you launch a campaign in copilot mode.
02:55
so in copilot mode, leads appear with a waiting status, waiting for approval status.
03:01
You can approve them, refuse them, or even open the focus mode.
03:06
So this is the focus mode where you can review the lead one by one if you want and you can even personalize your outreach by before you approve a link.
03:17
Let me give you an example on this lead.
03:19
So Kim, I'm going to check her links in profile to see if I can find relevant things to mention.
03:25
Okay.
03:26
She just started a new role, so I'm going to add this layer of personalization.
03:31
So actually in my sequence there is like, hey, happy to connect which is not really personalized.
03:36
So I'm going to change this.
03:39
Hey, first I'm gonna Add a variable first name.
03:43
congrats on the new role.
03:48
Happy to connect.
03:50
I think it's better.
03:51
And then if I click on approve, this lead only will receive this personalized LinkedIn invitation.
03:57
So as you understood, basically it's a way to personalize at scale your messaging.
04:03
I will return to the moment where we are actually creating the campaign.
04:07
so after choosing the approval mode you will see a summary of everything the AI, agent understood about your campaign.
04:15
If it looks good, click on Create.
04:17
Okay, so now your campaign is created, but it's not live yet.
04:22
It's in pending setup.
04:23
there is one important thing left to do.
04:26
Write your messaging.
04:28
So in the campaign settings you're gonna click on configure messages and you're gonna create your outbound sequence.
04:35
so in the sequence builder, you will be able to choose if you want to add like email steps.
04:40
LinkedIn connection request, LinkedIn messages.
04:43
You're going to be able to add like variables, even like AI variables in your message.
04:50
select the delays between steps.
04:53
I mean pretty straightforward.
04:55
You can also adjust sending days, sending hours and time zone here.
05:01
next you will have to select the identity so the identity that will send the messages, for example Robin sends emails and LinkedIn messages for this sequence.
05:12
I'll explain identities in details in the next video.
05:16
So you can add an identity to this campaign.
05:20
Okay, Once your targeting and messaging are ready, you can click on Enable the campaign and the campaign will be live.
05:26
Okay, I'm not going to do it on this one.
05:28
Depending on how complex the targeting is, the agent will start finding leads within minutes or hours.
05:35
Remember, in autopilot mode, every lead found by the agent is contacted automatically.
05:41
In copilot mode, leads appear with waiting approval status and you can approve them or reject them.
