Tenox: Customize Transcription & Formatting Profiles

Hi Jerome here and this is Tenox.

So starting at the homepage we have a place for you to be able to change what default transcription you have.

We have different providers as well as our own, which would be Stenox and then down here you will see what is currently active.

So we have Stenox cloud for transcription and we do not have any post processing enabled, which you can enable here and go through all the fun stuff.

Now going back to the homepage, we can go to Profiles.

This is what's going to give you more control over your transcriptions and formatting across, applications.

For email, I set up one and I currently have it recognizing Gmail.

But you can add other stuff like Outlook.

This way if you're in a window that has Outlook, it can recognize it and you can also add in your running apps whatever app that you want it to always trigger in from here to show you how it quickly works.

So right now I'm on default, but if I go here in email.

Hey Ron, I just wanted to thank you for your help in last week's birthday party.

It was really amazing and the kids loved it and I, just want to thank you on behalf of me and my wife.

We'll see that even though we had default enabled, since we went on a window that has Gmail running it, recognized it and was able to format it accordingly and it kept the text, the message I want to send, without any filler words or addition embellishments.
