We are back using Manus, my favorite tool, as you guys know.
00:05
and I just want to show you guys how to use the scheduled task feature within MANIS to create an automation, which I think will be incredibly useful to brokers for this particular use case.
00:16
But the use cases are endless.
00:17
You could do this with so many different things.
00:19
so we're gonna rip it real quick.
00:21
I'm on Manus at the bottom here.
00:22
Settings, you're gonna go to scheduled tasks.
00:25
I have a couple already running, but you're gonna hit new schedule.
00:28
Let's call this market expert report.
00:33
Okay.
00:33
And the idea here is we want to become a market expert and whatever market that is.
00:38
Okay?
00:39
So let's just assume in this case that it is.
00:42
Let's do a smaller market.
00:44
What comes to mind?
00:45
How about Lincoln, Nebraska?
00:47
Let's do Lincoln, Nebraska.
00:48
And I already have a prompt here.
00:49
Okay.
00:49
It's really straightforward.
00:50
We want to monitor all development, business and regulatory activity in Lincoln, Nebraska.
01:01
Okay.
01:01
Scan for development of real estate, new project announcements, approvals, entitlements, land sales, blah, blah, blah.
01:06
All the good stuff.
01:07
Business activity, new business openings, regulatory and government.
01:11
And then market indicators.
01:13
Asking rent, lease, rentages, blah, blah, blah.
01:15
Format.
01:15
Create a report organized by category with bullet points.
01:18
Include project size, valuable, and available.
01:20
Okay, good.
01:21
we're going to do auto proceed for this and we're going to set this to run daily.
01:27
Okay.
01:28
And I just want to show you guys.
01:29
Wow.
01:30
I actually have a better idea now that.
01:31
my.
01:31
this is incredible.
01:32
I have a way better idea.
01:33
we're gonna, we're gonna push it to the limits here.
01:36
Okay.
01:36
Create a report first.
01:40
Okay.
01:42
After you prepare the report, please prepare a slide deck, slash presentation of the material.
01:55
No more than five to 10 slides.
01:59
That's something I can send on a daily basis to clients.
02:05
Okay.
02:05
So we're going to take that report that we're going to get each morning.
02:07
Okay.
02:08
Sorry for the mess back there, guys.
02:09
We're going to take that report that we get each morning and then we're going to turn it into a deck.
02:13
A nice, beautiful presentation deck.
02:15
the deck should be professional and something clients would be impressed by.
02:24
All right, We've done something similar.
02:25
Okay.
02:26
But this is fully automated here.
02:27
Fully automated is how we're going to set this up.
02:31
we're gonna run it each morning, 7am we're gonna hit save.
02:34
And so we're gonna get that deck and then we're gonna be able to just push it to clients asap.
02:39
Let's run this now.
02:41
Even though it's set to run daily at 7am we're gonna run it now, and let's just watch it work.
02:46
I could have done a better prompt.
02:48
but I'm fine with it.
02:49
I made a LinkedIn post and use this exact prompt.
02:52
And so a couple people asked me to see the output.
02:55
so we're just gonna do that now.
02:57
So let's let it run here.
02:59
And, Wonderful.
03:00
Let's pop the computer.
03:01
See here?
03:02
Okay, so we have a task list.
03:04
Okay, so, we're going to search for development, real estate activity, search for business activity, market indicators, regulatory and government compile, comprehensive report, organize by category.
03:12
and then we're going to prepare slide deck content outline.
03:15
We're going to generate the professional slide deck presentation, and then we're going to deliver the report and presentation to user AKA me.
03:24
So let's watch it work here, guys.
03:25
Error.
03:26
BNC disconnected.
03:28
Not sure what that is, but it's fine.
03:29
So Manus is using a computer.
03:31
Okay.
03:31
It operates a computer the same way that we do.
03:33
Okay.
03:34
So if I were to go into all of these different sites here, it'd be the same thing.
03:39
Okay, so why not just have Metis, the AI agent, go ahead and do that?
03:47
So it's probably going to take some time to do all this.
03:49
So we'll check back in periodically.
03:54
All right, so now we're cranking through tasks number two, business activity and market indicators here.
04:02
So we did a pretty comprehensive, review and research for development of real estate activity.
04:09
Now we're jumping into business activity market indicators.
04:13
Cool.
04:13
That's done.
04:13
Now we're searching for regulatory and government activity in Lincoln, Nebraska.
04:18
Looks like Nebraska minimum wage jumped up.
04:20
Cool.
04:21
This is great info.
04:22
Really good info, actually.
04:23
Then after that, we're going to compile a.
04:26
So remember, guys, the way we set this up is at 7am each morning this is going to run.
04:31
So we're not even going to be looking at this.
04:32
We're not going to be spending any time on this.
04:34
it's just going to be sitting in our inbox.
04:37
And if you see here, I have a couple things.
04:40
So you have these notifications running.
04:41
So that's what, that's what happens.
04:43
You get an email and it pulls up here and voila.
04:47
So I have a daily AI and PropTech updates, which keeps me sharp on the topic of AI and commercial real estate.
04:54
Now it's compiling our report here.
04:56
We'll check back in in a second.
05:01
Cool.
05:01
So reports Done.
05:02
Now it's going to prepare the slide deck content outline.
05:06
So we got slide one, slide two, slide three.
05:09
It's mapping it all out.
05:10
This is what makes Mana so brilliant, guys.
05:12
All of this is done automatically.
05:15
It's pretty ridiculous.
05:16
Not going to lie about.
05:26
All right, cool.
05:26
So we got our slide outline here.
05:28
It looks like it developed eight slides here.
05:30
Now watch it go to work.
05:36
Cool.
05:37
Slide one.
05:38
Nice and pretty.
05:41
Slide two.
05:42
Beautiful.
05:42
Well done.
05:46
Not the best picture.
05:48
Chosen because it's a little blurry.
05:51
That's okay.
05:54
Good graphs, Good stuff.
05:56
Cool.
05:58
Slide 2.
06:08
Looking good.
06:09
Source Costar Analytics December 31, 2025.
06:13
Now we got slide.
06:23
Now it's going to batch generate 4, 5, 6, 7, all while optimizing slide 3.
06:30
And we are 12 minutes into this video here.
06:35
First minute or so of me just talking.
06:37
So call it 11 minutes.
06:39
And I believe we will be done with all of this in 14 minutes.
06:47
But remember, this is an automated, task.
06:50
So you're going to get this type of deck in your, inbox every single morning, which you could just fast forward to clients on a daily basis, weekly basis, whatever you want to do.
07:00
Could change it to do a weekly poll, which I think is probably better daily for this just seems a little bit overkill.
07:08
And in a market like Lincoln, I'm not sure you can get enough daily content to produce something of substance each day.
07:16
You also don't want to annoy your clients.
07:18
but I would set this to go weekly.
07:20
Then you send a nice beautiful deck like this each week.
07:22
So looks like we're just wrapping up here.
07:27
Imagine being, being able to wake up and just have this in your inbox every single morning without doing a single thing or every week whenever you do it.
07:34
Now it's optimizing slide eight.
07:36
It.
07:39
Yeah.
07:39
So we've done a similar video in the past, but Manus has gotten a lot better with actually creating decks and, and with Nano Banana Pro.
07:46
I mean, you're creating some really kickass stuff.
07:49
So, it was good to do this video again just to showcase the latest and greatest as far as its capabilities.
07:54
And this is a workflow which I think is relevant to the majority of folks, not just brokers.
08:01
I mean, you could do it with your limited partners, your investors.
08:04
If you're a syndicator, you could do it.
08:07
you know, if you're a contractor to clients, you could do it.
08:10
anyone who has clients, anyone who has investors, anyone who works with others.
08:14
we got our final report here.
08:16
So let's just take a look.
08:17
Presenter view.
08:18
Let's make it nice and beautiful here.
08:20
Interesting.
08:20
Haven't seen that before.
08:22
Not down though.
08:22
Let's do it here.
08:24
Slide 1.
08:25
Slide 2.
08:26
Slide 3.
08:27
How nice.
08:28
This is extensive development pipeline signals continued growth.
08:32
Over 50 projects planned for 2025 across major quarters.
08:35
We probably want to be clear that, like, we should be looking at 2026.
08:39
I mean, I don't know.
08:41
That's fine.
08:42
And a good slide here.
08:43
Coming soon.
08:43
Recent openings, Hardies, the Golden Chickens Brewery Plaza Hotel.
08:47
Coming soon.
08:47

08:50

08:53
That's interesting.
08:54
Wow, that's really interesting.
08:56
Never heard of that.
08:56
A cannabis themed sandwich chain.
08:58
Interesting.
08:59
housing market returns to pre pandemic balance.
09:02
Good little slide there.
09:04
Another slide here.
09:05
Good, good, good.
09:07
Key takeaways.
09:08
Market outlook.
09:09
Wonderful.
09:10
beautifully done.
09:12
Now, what's great with Manus is you can make edits if you want.
09:19
Okay.
09:20
You can edit in real time right here.
09:23
Boom.
09:24
Right?
09:25
If you want to change this stuff up, you could do that.
09:28
Boom.
09:28
Boom.
09:31
That's what's so beautiful about this here.
09:32
Absolutely love it.
09:34
You could also describe edits and have it make those changes with AI.
09:42
Pretty incredible.
09:43
So the latest editing piece is new and really, really cool.
09:47
fired up about this, guys.
09:48
Give it a go.
09:50
Man is continuing to be the greatest.
09:52
for listening.
