How to use NOAN Network As A Your CRM

NOAN network is your AI native network built within NOAN, where you can store and manage all of your contacts.

Working with the NOAN assistant.

It's incredibly powerful.

and if you are working with a small user base of customers or clients, for example, NOAN as your perfect CRM and you can get rid of those traditional CRMs that are ultimately glorified spreadsheets and move into a much more efficient AI native approach.

Let me show you how it works.

So no network is controlled by natural language.

You can ask the assistant to add new contacts at any time.

You can ask the assistant to tag those contacts to make changes to those contacts.

But the key thing to understand is all of your network that's stored in here is accessible via the assistant.

So it knows and understands every customer, partner, investor, anyone, you've got in this environment.

It knows and understands and can access the information of.

So what that means is you can work with the assistant on your business, which it, it always knows your facts for.

But at any time you can ask it to analyze and look across your network.

This is very different to traditional CRMs.

If you want to make changes to for example if you want to make changes, for example to any of your contacts, you can just ask the assistant to make those changes.

So you can ask it to change the name, so change the email, update the phone number, add a tag, add memos.

It can do that with natural language at any time.

And it's dead easy and dead simple.

I'll take you through how to do that in a second.

By having all your contacts in here, you unlock their context.

For the assistant, this means you can do analysis, you can ask it to make updates, responses.

All of that can happen really simply and really easily.

So right now we'll just add a contact to our network.

So here I'm going to ask the assistant to add a new contact to our network.

So I'm going to ask it to add the user's name, their email, who they are, what they do, how we met, and then also get it to tag them as lead.

All of this is done through natural language control.

You'll see here it's done that for me.

And now if we jump in, you can see that the name's been matched, the email is there, the company Dawson Control has been created, his job title is there too.

And there's a memo that we met at drinks event and that he's now Tagged as a lead.

This is how easy it is to add these contacts.

If you wanted to add a private contact, you can ask it just to add a private contact and that's just available to you.

and then if I wanted to update this contact, I could ask the assistant to make changes to Joe Dawson's contact and it would do that for me.

It's that easy to manage and add contacts with the assistant that if you're on the fly and you've got NOAN on your phone, you can do it straight from there if you were to meet somebody.

But there's other ways.

You can also add and update your contacts into your network.

You can batch update contacts at any time.

You, can add as many as you need.

And you want to make sure that the columns match the approach that we have laid out here.

One column for name, that's their full name.

and then if you need their alias, email, phone, website, company or role.

And then you can add as many memos as you want.

And these will be batch added to those contacts when you add them.

Dead easy, dead simple.

You'll have all your contacts in there, in seconds.

you can manually add contacts if you need, or you can ask the assistant to batch add contacts.

So if you have a list of potential customers, partners, investors, you can drop them in here to the assistant.

You can ask it to batch add these, you can even ask it to tag them with the relevant tags that you want and it will batch add them for you.

If you've connected Gmail via, NOAN's Gmail connection, you can even ask the assistant to analyze your Gmail and extract, contacts and then batch add them to your network too.

The final way that you can add contacts to your network is via NOAN's zaps.

And you'll see here we've got a couple of leads that have come in.

Joe Dawson I added here, but the other one, James Borden, has been added via Zapier.

And so all you need to do is set up a really simple zap.

And I'll show you how that works now.

So if for example, you want to bring users into your CRM within NOAN via the likes of a Typeform, you can just use NOAN's zaps to have your Typeform set up so that when there's a new entry that adds those contacts and then use the Find contact zap from NOAN and it will look across and find those contacts and if they're not there you can create one automatically.

So if you use this, you can bring contacts into NOAN from anywhere that you're getting them across your business ecosystem.

So that's all the ways to get your contacts into NOAN.

Now if you want to use it as a CRM daily, one of the most powerful things is the network widget because here you're going to see any new leads that have come in.

The second thing is that you can switch and jump into your NOAN network view and you'll see those contacts in a time based form where it shows those that have come in over time.

If they've got a tag for example that's come in via that type form, they will show up here with that tag.

So here you can manage any leads really simply as they're coming in to your network.

What you can then do is you can set up automations with NOAN's memories to have it analyze your email every day and look and look for emails from any of your contacts so that you can stay up to date on anything you're getting from your network and stay on top of any potential customer interactions, investor interactions, straight from the assistant.

And if you've connected the Gmail integration, you can ask the NOAN assistant to email those people whenever you need.

Now whether you're managing clients, customers, sales calls, investor calls, one of these you're going to want to do is make sure that you keep the memos customers up to date.

And the way to do that is to connect your, your note taker such as Granola straight into NOAN.

So here for example I have it set up so that whenever a note is added to a Granola folder that's titled NOAN for me, it sends my meeting notes straight into the relevant contact and then that's accessible via the assistant that I can analyze at any time.

This will keep the context of each of those contacts really up to date and, and make sure that you've then got a partner in the assistant that you can work with to follow up on those meetings, send emails, send responses, analyze your sales calls, notes.

All of those things are then possible when working with the assistant in this environment.

Finally, if you want to create any tags to add to your contacts in your network, that's dead easy and dead simple.

You can just create new tags by asking the assistant.

So here I'm going to ask it to create A new tag called Super Lead.

So here I've asked it to create a tag called Super Lead and I've determined when I want this tag to be used to any potential customers who show an interest in our product.

this could then come from a conversation with the assistant or an email that comes in and I ask it to tag a customer.

It will tag it super lead when it looks like they are interested in purchasing our product.

If you want, you can also make changes to the colors of these by just asking the assistant.

You can ask it to add this tag to certain customers.

All of that is really easy and really simple to use.

And And why this is powerful is when you're now in network, you can jump in and search via tags and it will show everybody that you've got, for example in your leads or your super leads or your dead leads or your investor network.

Any of those will be found here, in this environment.

And then you can follow up and you can even click on and look at the recent emails.

If you've got Gmail connected, see the recent emails that were had with that lead.

Tag types can be managed with the assistant or you can jump into your settings and update your tags here and you can delete, manage, tweak, change and manually add tags in this environment.

Now, a couple of other things to know.

NOAN doesn't yet do mass email sending, but if you want to, for example email potential leads or email customers with a particular format, you can set those formats in the relevant facts.

So here for example in content you might have the outbound email approach.

And in this fact you can lock in the structure that you want outbound emails for sales to be delivered in.

And the NONA system will always use this whenever it needs to.

Similarly, if for example you want to do newsletter formats, you can jump into the newsletter format fact and create a format that the assistant will follow and then you can send that to relevant customers when you need.

Soon you'll be able to batch send that, but at the moment you might want to send that one to one to specific customers or for example your investors.

Currently you can only email one to one, but soon we'll have the capability to be able to send these emails to as many customers as so NOAN network gives the assistant the ability to understand the context of your customers, your investor calls, your sales calls, your leads, and you can work with the assistant anytime across any of the network via, natural language to make changes, to make updates to email customers if you've integrated Gmail.

And it will always create accurate communications based on your factory or business and the context of those contacts in your network.

For many of you, this ultimately will replace the more traditional CRMs that are, built around what is essentially a glorified spreadsheet structure.

Here, everything becomes natural language, everything is accurately developed and can be delivered in seconds.
