Hi everyone, this is Mohit from Scogo AI.

Today in this demo I'm going to demonstrate you about the agent capabilities of our platform.

To demonstrate it I have a use case, where you could see that there are some five security softwares which are the must have in your machines.

And these are the two blacklisted software which should not be in your machines.

Now if these protocol has been followed on a machine then it will the machine would be considered as compliant else it is not.

Now today it is very painful process for an organization.

this requires lot of human efforts, lot of manual efforts, lot of bandwidth and a simple task takes lot of time, lot of Excel, lot of field lookups.

Now we, with the help of our agentic capabilities, with the help of our AI agents, Nexus tools, how we are going to solve it at your fingertips.

This is what I'm going to demonstrate.

So let me quickly go back to my platform and this is how our platform looks like.

I'm at my home screen.

I'm going to invoke my agent Nexus EPM and I'm going to ask the question.

me start with list me all the sites in my org, just starting with the basic one where I'm asking him to help me with all the sites which are present in my org.

And let's see, okay, it has listed me all the org, all the sites in my org and you could see that it has listed me 14 and yeah, these are 14.

For the sake of the demo I have put my devices in this particular site only.

So let me just ask that.

List me all the devices in this site.

Let's see what let's Okay, it has listed me all the devices.

Okay, so there are total of four devices.

and you could see that there are two devices online and two devices are offline.

Okay, so let me go and ask that just list me online devices.

Let's see whether it is able to understand the context or not because I've been asking questions about SCO tur only.

Okay, so whether it has just saved that context or not.

So yes it has saved it and that's why out of these four it has listed me only these two online devices.

Okay, now let me ask the question of the R, are these machines compliant?

So it's thinking it's connecting, it has connected to the agent.

What it is doing is it is actually comparing all the softwares which are installed on these machines and comparing it with this list, the blacklisted one and the must have ones.

And if all follows, it will say it is compliant, else it will say it's not.

Okay, it's still executing script.

Let's see what it's saying.

Okay, so these are the list of security softwares and blacklisted ones.

Okay, it has, it has answered.

Meanwhile let me go and check compliance status of devices.

Score test PCW is non compliant, missing 2 or 5 Google installed, Zoom installed and it is not notepad installed.

7 zip not installed while utorrent not present but CC cleaner installed.

So this should not be there and these two should be there while Raza PC dev is completely compliant.

Okay, but we still need to go and verify it.

So as we say that this is the compliance status of online devices.

The machine name is Kobotest pcw.

Now I've already taken remote obscure test PCW with my Nexus epm so I'm just going to click it.

I'm already inside this machine.

Okay, let us go and check for all the machines.

It's CC cleaner.

You can already see here that CC Cleaner is not there.

And if I'll type any desk and disk is not there.

Correct.

7 zip is not there.

CC cleaner is there.

So this is the blacklisted one.

Okay, so now what I'm going to do is I'm going to say that okay, can you make these machines or maybe can you make the non compliant machine compliant?

Let's see what it say.

Okay, it is executing the script so it must be doing something in the back.

it must be installing any desk.

It must be removing CC cleaner and it must also be installing what was the missing 1-7-zip.

Okay, but it's gonna take time because it is just calling the library, calling the exe from those libraries and runetic on the machine all over the Internet.

So yeah, let's wait for some time.

Okay, so you could see that anydesk is installed now.

that just happened live in front of you.

we can just also check for 7 zip.

I guess it is, it is still installing.

So let's see NDesk is done.

Let's wait for other.

Yeah, it's still executing.

Okay, seven zip is also done.

So two are done.

Now let's wait for removing the CC cleaner.

I guess it has removed the CC cleaner.

Okay, I guess it must be doing the last finishing touch ups.

if I'll just go click.

Okay, CC cleaner is removed and 7 zip is done.

Any disk is done.

Okay so as you could see that it has completely installed all the softwares and removed the blacklisted ones.

So yeah, so this is what I was telling that this is for the admins for a helpless team and it can completely remove all the manual workload long time taking workload with a much more smarter approach of AI agents and the tools and the platform that we have now.

Last but not the least, we do not have only solution for the admins but we do have it for your end users for your employees as well.

So suppose let me go and create a new chat and let me go and say that suppose there is your employee and they're facing some issues with their keyboard.

Okay so it will start with greeting hi, I'm facing issues with my keyboard.

Okay it is asking me to specify when I'm pressing shows this and pressing this shows at the rate what to do.

Actually it was a real time issue that I faced sometimes back where while I was pressing this.

it just changes the time time zone mistakenly when you hit alt and shift together.

I guess if I'm not wrong it shifts your computer from US to uk.

Okay so actually yeah alt shift.

So the solution that it is providing me right now is, is absolutely correct.

Okay so this is the self help example where you can go ask the questions and get your answers.

But let me show you another scenario that what happens when a customer is not satisfied with your AI approach.

With the, with the AI answers or with your integrations?

They need answers.

So at that time we do have a fallback of connecting to your help DES So let's say that I am not satisfied help me talk to someone.

So what it's going to do is it's going to create a ticket for me straight away and yeah you could see that it has created a ticket number 22435 now I can also upload PDF videos etc for more context.

it has given me a direct link to my tickets and now AI has been disabled.

Now it is not going to go to the AI, it is not going to go to the integrations.

You could see that tools section is no more here.

Okay and now I can just simply click and go to your ticket or maybe I can just start talking here to the agent itself.

Okay so just let's wait for the agent to reply Okay we have got a response from the agent that allow me some time to check Your issue.

Sure.

And we can also go and check how the ticket looks like.

So yeah, you could see that this is our ticket.

Looks like it has everything that we have spoken till now.

Okay.

And now it has assigned me an agent and that agent is talking me and helping me to resolve my issue.

On the right hand side, you can also see that there is a description.

Okay.

Where it is, you know, it has just summarized everything, whatever we have been speaking till now.

Okay.

So yeah, let's see what happens next.

Okay, so it has just sent me something.

Okay.

And Okay, so they as you could see that it has sent me a link, a connection link where if I can just go click it, both can connect on a session.

So if I can go here, I can just say Naman Agrabal.

I've joined from Naman Agrabal.

And yeah, there is my guy.

You could see that we both are on a session.

We can share a screen, we can have a camera session, microphone, chat, everything.

So now he can take my screen.

He can, he can help me over a chat or the video.

So you know, all these things are possible where he can just straight up go and help Okay.

Now here comes the last part.

You can close the ticket.

Okay, so the closure of the ticket by the agent is quite simple.

You could see that these are the tickets.

Okay, suppose this ticket is completed.

So what the agent can do is they can just simply drag and drop progress to start to complete once it is completed.

Okay, so it is as simple.

Now I have already one ticket which is already closed.

So like for the example this.

Okay.

Or yeah, okay, let's, let's just open this.

Only now could see that here is a brief description about what happened in the ticket.

And now there is something called as Create knowledge article.

Okay so what this create knowledge article going to do is it's going to create a complete summary right from the start till the end.

What happened, what was the description, what was the use case, what are the steps that has been taken and how the issue got resolved.

Okay, so I've already created one of the knowledge article for this ticket.

If I click on it, you could see that, see complete.

What was the CVIT level, what was the issue, what was the business impact root cause analysis, what was the step by step procedure?

Okay.

And all done.

Now the same can be downloaded and shared as proof of a knowledge article and the same knowledge article would be automatically added in my knowledge base so that if the next time this issue comes, okay, so in spite of coming to an real time agent, it's gonna answer right from the knowledge base itself.

Okay, so yeah, this is what the demo was all about.
