Kapso Workflows AI Agent in 2 minutes

Today, we are going to create an AI Agent on WhatsApp from scratch.

We are going to get a phone number to automate on WhatsApp, connect it to Kapso create the AI Agent and connect the agent to the number so it responds to messages.

So we are in the Kapso dashboard and we are going to click on Add Phone number.

Then we'll select the Instant Setup option where Kapso will provide us with a phone number at no extra cost.

We click Setup Phone number.

And we will follow Meta's process to connect the number.

Here I will select a BSP provided number and this is the number that Kapso provides.

We click next and we click Confirm So we are ready.

Here we click Finish.

And our number is connected.

So now we will create the workflow.

So here we go to workflows, new workflow.

We create the workflow.

And here, this is the canvas where we can edit this workflow.

We will add, a new AI Agent, and we'll provide some instructions here.

We select an AI model, we create the node, and now we connect it to the start node.

Now we will create the trigger that will start this workflow.

We select the phone number.

Now we activate this workflow and we are ready to go.

So if we say hi, The agent will respond back.

And if we go to the inbox, we can see all the messages between the agent and the users.

And, we can take control by clicking here on handoff.

Now the AI Agent is no longer going to respond.

And we can send messages manually.
