Create WhatsApp Screening Questionnaires for Candidates

Hi, today we are here to give you how we can go ahead and create WhatsApp versioneer for the candidate evaluation.

So let me go ahead and start the session.

So once we log into the hiring login credentials, you will be redirected to this page where you can see left side an option called settings.

click on settings you will be having an option of screening questionnaire.

click on screening questionnaire here you will be having an option of adding the template.

So this questions, whatever you are going to prepare, this will be the candidate who is going to receive once the profile is shortlisted like the questions that are going to shoot on his WhatsApp number and update or send his responses.

So those set of questions can be configured from here just click on right side add template and a simple way and easiest way you can go ahead and create the questionnaire.

So let's start with the template name.

Template name I can go ahead and give it as any random job which, which we are taking as an example.

So software developer template name.

I have mentioned that because I have preparing a set of questions related to this particular position.

So for my information I have given a software developer.

Now here we have standard attributes which we have created for the testing purpose.

So if you want to go ahead use the current company.

If you want to go ahead and set the questions current designation team tenure in your current company.

Like if I want to go ahead and remove this question from the selected questions, you have a bin icon wherein you can go ahead and click on it.

A bin icon will remove this particular question from the list So here you can go ahead and select a scanned company team size.

Or if you want to go ahead and create on your own, we have given a custom option also where you can go ahead and click on custom attribute and you can select the question tool like you can go ahead and give it as attribute, you can go ahead and select as software and here you can go ahead and select as languages known click on add attribute.

So now here company team size which I have given software languages known like this, you can go ahead and select the questionnaires and click on Create questionnaire.

So once you click on Create questionnaire a template will be created successfully.

Now whenever you create a job and when you are going ahead and submitting a candidate, a candidate will be receiving a WhatsApp questionnaire where he can go ahead and respond to the questions which you have built from the backend to that particular questionnaire.

You can able to see that that can be set it up in the workflow where in the workflow you will be having a WhatsApp template that can be triggered.

So once you click on WhatsApp template now you can able to see the say questionnaires, whatever you have created.

I'm just showing how a WhatsApp template will be released which we are going ahead and adding in the workflow.
