Today we are going to learn how to add the screening criteria for a particular position.

So before starting up how to add, let me show you how we can go ahead and see the screening criteria where exactly it's going to be projected.

So once we log into hiring platform with the help of our credentials, you will be redirected to this page where left hand side you will be able to see a menu where you can see dashboard jobs candidates click on the job.

And once you click on the job, if you when you are trying to create a job here down you can go ahead and set the screening criteria.

So screening criteria, whatever the screening criteria, how you are going to add it from the backend that criteria will be able to see over here as a drop down.

So screening criteria is nothing but the specifications which you are going to mention to a candidate for that particular role.

Like let's take if you are going ahead and taking up the salary constraint, budgetary constraint or location, education, notice period anything if you are giving a specification to the candidate then add that as screening criteria over here.

So whatever you are going to add as a screening criteria in the back end you can able to see and you can set as per the job.

So now we are going ahead and checking out how we can go ahead and add the screening criteria from the backend.

So once you click on the settings icon you will be redirected to this page where you can see screening criteria.

So click on screening criteria you will be having the screening criteria information over here.

So if you want to add any new one then you can go ahead and click on add criteria.

And over here you can just mention whatever the criteria name which you want.

Then you can go ahead and mention like if I would like to have the joining time frame.

Candidate should join within four weeks.

If I mention this and click on add criteria then the criteria will be added successfully.

So once the criteria is added successfully you can able to see the joining time frame and this will be visible whenever you create a job.

Like let's take if I am going ahead and creating a job and here if I want to click on add criteria then I can see the joining time frame.

Now here you will be having an option like auto reject candidates who don't meet this criteria.

we have provided you a checkbox wherein if you want to get the candidate to be auto rejected.

Whoever doesn't meet to this criteria, you can go ahead and do that.

If you are not checking up this checkbox, then candidate will fall into the pipeline where you can go ahead and check it out, the suitable candidate for that particular job.
