Automated Workshop Registration with ManyChat 🚀

All right, going to quickly walk you through how we set up this workshop registration that will take somebody's name and email from the DMS and automatically register them for a live workshop in Demio.

And then we send this person's information off kit and we do not use a opt in pitch.

So this is the manychat automation that we've got here.

So basically I will post on my story and say something like if you're trying to sell more products on Instagram but you're not getting the sales that you know you are capable of getting, you should definitely check out this ManyChat workshop if you want to save your spot.

There's only 500 half of them, they're already gone.

And I don't know when the next time I will do this is.

So if you want to save your spot, just reply with the number 14.

We run the workshop on the 14th and that's which is why we use the number 14 for the trigger.

And I will send you a DM to register your spot.

Now most people would just use like this and then this button would go directly to an opt in page.

But we actually have the whole thing built out.

So we collect this person's email, we confirm their, confirm their email and then we get their first name and then once we have their first name we just tell them that they are all set.

And then we have this tag.

So the tag, there's a few different things here.

So the tag number one, it says 114 Instagram Automations Workshop.

So that will then trigger this zap.

So we have two zaps here.

So we have a new tagged user in manychat.

Once this person is tagged, then we create the registration for the webinar through Demio.

So manychat new tagged user demeo create registration for webinar.

And then once we have that there's a separate zap because we can't, for some reason we can't do this in three steps.

But once we have the new registration in Demio, then we add the tag to the subscriber kit.

So you're probably saying, well, how does this person get to kit if we don't have this person imported into kit?

Well that's where this this tag comes into play.

So we will add this person to kit from the ManyChat automation and then the zap is what will update their their profile in kit.

So everybody who registers for this workshop is now going to be tagged in kit.

So this is the most recent one that we're promoting right now.

And you'll see everybody, is on this list right here.

So this is zapping people from manychat over to Demio, right?

This is the zap that we're using.

So new tagged user.

This person gets registered for the workshop.

Then once they're registered for the workshop, we add the tag and we update their account and kit.

So now I have an entire list of people who don't just exist in manychat or demio, but now I have an entire list of people that I can be pretty specific about reaching, through this.

So, 277 we've got right here, 114manychat, workshop registrant.

And I can just email this list specifically through Kit, without having to go through Demeo and do any like that, that crazy marketing stuff through here.

So it's pretty simple setup.

this is the automation that we use.

You can screenshot this.

You can just take a look at it.

But if you don't use Kit or demeo, like, this will probably not make sense for you.

But if you use like Webinar Jam, if you use High Level, if you use Flow Desk, activecampaign, like this same setup will work.

You just have to do the, Zapier connection between all of them.
