Onbox - collaborative features

Today I wanted to share with you some of the collaborative features we've built in onbox.

We've made onbox collaborative by default for two reasons.

One, forwarding emails to your teammates to get some inputs from them is far from a great experience.

And two, we believe you'll be collaborating with your AI assistant a lot, and we wanted to make that super easy to do from your emails.

So let me show you how it works.

So here I'm in my inbox and, and when someone writes a comment, I can see it appear.

I can see that Lisa, told me that we received the announcement we've been waiting for and I can just reply, cool, can you prepare draft saying, of course, highlights of her?

And here I can see that she's preparing the draft.

And if I wanted to work with the AI, it's pretty much the same here I can just say, unbox, can you write nice Portuguese IQ to tell his angst and I don't have to wait.

I can actually go continue my work.

And once the AI is done, I can see here in colab I have something new.

So, as you can see, collaborating with your teammates and with your AI assistant right from your emails is super easy to do in unbox.
