How to Add Candidates in Hirin.ai 🚀

Hi.

Today we will see how to add candidates on Hirin AI in few simple steps.

In Hirin AI, you can add candidates in multiple ways, either from a job or from the candidate listing page.

So now we will see how to add candidates from a job.

First go to the job section from the left side of the menu, select a job to which you want to add the candidates.

Go to the candidates option here at the right side top you will see an option of Add candidates button.

You can select the source from where you have sourced the CV.

You can select the file.

You can add maximum 100 resumes at a time.

You can drag and drop or upload here however you want.

So now here we'll click to next and the candidates.

So here the system has fetched the candidates email ID and the phone number and the name.

Now we'll click on done.

So the candidate has been successfully added to the position.

Now we will see the other option to add candidates, which is from the candidates section, which you can see at the left sidebar there.

You'll see an option at right top to add candidates.

You can select the particular position to you to which you want to add the candidates, select the source, select the files, you can select multiple CVs.

Click on Next and you can see that the system has fetched the email ID is the name and phone number of all the candidates.

I'll click on Done.

And you can see here that the candidates had been successfully added to the position which we selected, which was Software Engineer MERN So this is how you can add candidates to Hirin.
