Hi, today we are here to give you a small information that how can we go ahead and add the collaborator to the existing job?

So once we log into the hiring platform with the help of our credentials, left side, you will be able to see an options called Dashboard, Jobs and Candidate.

Click on the jobs to go to the jobs dashboard.

So once you click on Jobs, you can see all the recorded jobs in one page.

Once you click on the job that was recorded where you want to add the collaborators, you can go ahead and click on the job and you can see an option called Add Collaborator.

Once you click on Add Collaborator, Collaborator is nothing but the person whom you are going to add to work on that particular position.

That means the notifications related to the job or the candidates, whoever has been responded, those notifications will be sent to the person whom we are going to add as a collaborator.

So once you click on Add Collaborator you can see a list of recruiters or list of the users that were created in hiring platform.

You can go ahead and select multiple people.

We don't have any limit on that.

Once you click on Add and click on Continue, concerned person will be added as a collaborator for this particular job.

If you want to see the list of collaborators for this particular job, just go ahead and click on Manage Collaborators.

And if you want to remove the concerned person from the collaborator list again, click on it and click on Continue Collaborator list will be modified.

So this is how we can go ahead and add, edit and remove the collaborator from the existing job.
