It is Michael again coming at you with another demo for Google Sheets and Trellis.
00:06
So as you can see here we are in our sample sheet.
00:10
You have three names here.
00:11
This will look very similar to likely what you guys have set up.
00:14
to launch Trellis, it's going to be this little icon up here in the top right corner which will start coming up with your actual options here.
00:25
So an important thing to note when you're working with Google Sheets is this configure column mappings.
00:30
So what we want to do here, I already have it pre populated, it'll come blank for you.
00:34
But realistically what you can do here is you can narrow down what Trellis draws from.
00:39
So a couple important ones that we usually go for is the customer name, the mobile number.
00:43
If you have a direct number, you can put that in here as well.
00:46
Or maybe a work site that you can also add title, company, company URL and LinkedIn are just four that we think are pretty helpful to have.
00:54
Just from a research standpoint, if you're dialing a specific group of people or at a particular company, so that's how you would set that up.
01:01
You want to make sure you save that.
01:03
So that's what everything will draw from you see, it'll research or it'll repopulate, everything as you update it.
01:10
So now you can see that there are two dialable people in here, Craig and Suji, which are coming both from this list.
01:15
You can see they're right here.
01:17
And what we're going to be doing, very much like everything else is you can begin your dialing by toggling your line count.
01:23
So either single power dialing or up to 5x for parallel dialing, your green button will immediately start the calling and you can press the red button to stop at any time.
01:33
And you can notice that since Craig was the first to call, it'll highlight Craig in your sheet, which is pretty cool.
01:39
So you don't lose anybody's place if you're going through multiple dials or if you have a very long list that can get kind of messy.
01:46
So much like other platforms, it will automatically go through your list without you having to click anything else.
01:53
It'll log your notes for you, do your AI generation takeaways and things like that.
01:58
another thing to keep in mind here is this icon right here.
02:02
So this indicates that there's only one user calling the list.
02:06
So if you had a group of maybe five to 10 reps or even just more than one, and you want to make sure that you're toggled to team mode.
02:14
And what that will do is it makes sure, it, makes sure that nobody in your team is calling the same contact twice on here, or no two people are calling the same contact.
02:24
So for me, since it's just me, I toggle it to solo mode just so that I can have access to everybody on the list.
02:31
outside of that, you have your mobile number filter.
02:34
So if you want to target mobile, then work as a priority list.
02:38
You can move this around as needed, depending on what you're looking to do.
02:42
You can also go into your time zone if you want to target a specific area of the country or, any part of the world for that matter.
02:49
You could do that here.
02:51
And then you can go into your lists of never reached, never contacted, last dials and things like that if you want to go take a look at notes.
02:59
So how this will work in your system here you can see that there's some columns here that were added.
03:04
And we'll go ahead and expand these just so you can see all of them here.
03:10
Beautiful.
03:11
Okay, so it'll log the last attempt, it'll log the disposition of it.
03:17
So you can see no answer, not interested.
03:19
And then it will log the last time of human contact.
03:21
So this is exactly when that call was made and on what day.
03:27
you can see the number of temps.
03:28
This is your note section.
03:31
So for example, let's say obviously not interested.
03:34
Clearly they're using nooks, which is a huge mistake in my book.
03:37
So we've noted that there.
03:39
and that will continue to update here.
03:41
So as you log new calls, the next note will populate underneath this one.
03:46
So this meeting at 5pm MST is going to be the last call, not the current call.
03:53
So this is one separate call, the separate call.
03:56
And this is one separate call itself as well.
03:59
and it will continue to do that for each contact as you have conversations with them.
04:04
And then this is just your disposition history here you can see no answer on March 27, meeting booked on April 7.
04:11
And then as you can see, it'll continue to go on from there.
04:14
but that's a basic overview of everything.
04:16
again with the dialer, very similar to how we were last time.
04:20
You have your calls, your lines here, your click to dial, your voicemail selection, and then your best number toggler here.
04:27
Or if you want to do your specific numbers, outside of that, very simple, very similar to how everything else worked.
