Updates to Question Routing and Rules 🗺️

Hi there.

Anyone who was struggling with the routing.

please watch this video and share the feedback as we try to make it easier for everyone to actually understand.

Like you know, for example like this question how it's being routed, like who can actually see it and so on.

So we added this additional information here.

so now you can just see like what was actually the question in the first place and like how those rules actually all apply together hopefully in a bit cleaner way so we can actually follow it easily and just kind of understand it.

we did also a couple updates around just components in general for questions.

This is actually on V1, the V2 version is quite similar.

so we actually managed to align this a bit together.

But as you can see now you can again kind of have better preview for the question, routes.

And as well you can actually go here and see a bit more in detail.

hopefully again in a bit easier way like how those kind of let's say rules are being combined together.

So it's easier to kind of let's say follow and set them up.

pretty much the logic is the same as before.

we just change this kind of option to kind of select between all and any which is actually and or So hopefully it's still very easy to follow.

how it's all kind of let's say structure and what kind of let's say groups.

are composing it so you can add morals as always or create the full sub rule.

again then decide okay how this should be.

Kind of let's say work together and that's pretty much it.

Hopefully this is a lift for the routing and editing the routes.
