It's Michael.

00:01

I wanted to record a quick video here to show you about the analytics side since I think that this is one of our more powerful features that you can leverage with your team.

00:10

so to start off, this is just your landing page here.

00:13

So this is just app trellis AI analytics by default.

00:17

It will show you some basic data that you have inside your system being, you know, dials, connects, meetings, etc.

00:24

As well as your percentages associated to them.

00:27

what I would recommend doing after maybe a week or two, once you get everything under your, under your feet, going in and actually configuring your stages.

00:35

because what you can do here is if I click into here, you can essentially say you know, what counts as a connect instead of just, you know, the default of live duration is greater than 0 seconds.

00:46

And then obviously you have a disposition here that you can do as well.

00:49

So what I see a lot of people do is actually remove the live duration aspect altogether and then set it purely based on dispositions.

00:58

So whatever here consists of a call that would be connected.

01:02

interested?

01:03

Yeah, you can click through here as much as you want.

01:06

once that is done, it's a little bit more precise with your connect rates and you can do this with every single one.

01:12

so you can add new stages if you want to measure something different.

01:16

Basically it's totally customizable to how you want to do it.

01:21

Now in addition to there you can go into your different types of reports.

01:25

So you can see specific activity here which I think could be kind of important, showing number of dials, but it also shows like your time on calls.

01:33

It shows your talk time number, of regular dials, number of power dials.

01:38

This being like the click to dial option and this being the actual automated option.

01:42

and you can see it broken down by individual person here inside of your team.

01:47

It'll look just like this, except it'll be one user, one user, one user, etc.

01:53

You can also see, you know, activity of when these calls are being made on your team by an hour to hour basis.

01:59

Then you can also check on, you know, different metrics here as well if you wanted to change the time frame a little bit.

02:05

other than that, you can look at like your outcomes or dispositions for the day.

02:09

you can even create custom reports if you wanted to measure something that we don't already cover.

02:14

Normally this is about 90% of the way there for most folks and some folks just like to have their custom reports created anyway, so totally configurable to how you want to do it.

02:24

there's plenty more inside of this, but from a day to day use, this just about covers everything.

02:29

of course, if there's any questions, just let me know.

02:31

We're happy to jump in.
