My name is Arjun.
00:01
I'm the co founder of Maven Bio.
00:03
Today I'm going to walk you through a quick video of how to use the smart tables capability within mavenbio in conjunction with an imported list of drugs or trials.
00:13
So on the home screen, when we navigate to Smart tables, you'll notice we have three options.
00:18
You can create a table via search, which is basically searching the drugs, trials, etc.
00:23
Companies within the Maven database.
00:25
But you can also import a table, Excel or CSV that has a list already.
00:32
So typically what we see most commonly are a list of companies, trials or drugs.
00:38
And then you can use the AI columns to enrich them further with additional analysis.
00:43
So today I'm going to go ahead and open this up and select the file.
00:49
Once I've added my file in, it asked me to clarify a few things.
00:53
So first, did the file I upload include a list of drugs, companies or trials?
01:00
So this was a list of drugs and it can see two columns in my spreadsheet.
01:04
The primary one that it's based off is the drug name.
01:07
So I'll keep that as is and then I will import the table.
01:11
So with the imported sheet, you can see that it has the four drugs that I've had in that sheet as well as the companies.
01:17
And you can see the row mappings up here.
01:19
This is a good thing to check.
01:21
So in this case, all four of the drugs were matched to what we already have in our system.
01:27
But if there was something that was unmatched, you could try to manually match it or just keep it aside.
01:33
So if we go back to the table and we want to add additional things to it, we can use AI column.
01:39
So let's say I wanted to understand the modalities for each of these drugs.
01:42
We could say describe the modality, choose between small molecule biologic cell therapy or gene therapy.
01:56
It'll then ask us some clarifying questions and then go ahead and convert the prompt into a sample table preview.
02:05
So it's going to give us the modality and then it's added in an optional one for rationale.
02:11
I don't really need that, so I'm going to delete it and then I'm going to go ahead and run the AI columns.
02:17
What it's then doing is researching across all documents and web sources as well as our knowledge base to find the answers to those questions and come back.
02:27
Awesome.
02:28
So in a few quick minutes we've gotten the answers to each of these.
02:31
You can see how it's characterized them, you can see the confidence scores, and you're able to click into any of them to view additional information.
02:39
You can always export this to an Excel and also share it with other colleagues on your team using the share link.
