Revolutionizing M&A with AI 🚀

Hey everyone.

My name is Joe, the founder of Dealflow Agent.

We are an AI native M& A platform to help business owners sell their companies for higher valuations and in half the time compared to traditional processes When I sold my company I learned firsthand how incredibly opaque, expensive and outdated the traditional processes.

Everything from fragmented advisors, tire kickers, buyers and incredibly expensive lawyers, brokers and everything in between.

So I'm building this a platform to help owners as well as acquirers find one another, qualify each other and complete rewarding deals.

How we're doing that is through conversational AI matchmake similar to Jack andJill.ai or Boardy.ai but specifically for M&A and specialist advisors.

The work closely with the owners.

Now we're hiring three incredible people and hopefully one of you watching this video, maybe for any of these three roles.

We have recently received an increased investment from a VC out in Silicon Valley.

The partners of this VC fund have an incredible track record including investing in Uber's seed round.

which led to a 4900X return.

they invested in the seed or pre seed round of canva notion which I think went to 10 billion and about 27 or so other unicorn businesses.

I'm telling you that because they clearly see the scale of opportunity that we had ahead of us.

So we're super excited now to be building our conversational AI platform to help solve this critical problem that plagues the small cap and a space especially for Companies valued between 1 to 20 million and niches like home services and healthcare, H vac plumbing businesses, electrical businesses or dental care clinics, elderly care, home businesses, vets, fantastic boring businesses.

They just don't access the top level MA support because they're too small for investment banks.

But there is a wave of new buyers that really want to meet these business owners but don't know where to look.

They don't know if they're genuinely up for sale, they don't know if there's valuation alignment or even if the management teams get on.

All of this can be solved through 20 minute conversation transcripts on either side and matching them up through algorithms.

And we only need to sell a very small number of companies in order to get up to significant size.

In fact if we sell 20 businesses, we will reward you with a nice commission.

Everyone's going to be given healthy profit share in the company, as well as equity and a salary, but also the company itself.

We can get to about 5 million in revenue with about 3.8 million in EBITDA.

so we can get up to good size very quickly with a very small number of deals.

20 deals out of 4 million businesses that want to sell right now.

So, it's a very exciting time, and we're looking for three incredible people to join the company at, this next phase.

Work ethic intelligence, that's a given, but it's the obsession for the problem that we're solving.

Willingness to really get stuck in and, play a really important role in this mission.
