Known enables you to do that in seconds.

There are two key ways to create unknown and I'm going to show you them now.

Now, the first thing to understand about when you create unknown is, is you're going to get accurate output because it's built on your fact base.

The known assistant always references your fact base, whether that is here in the assistant or in Create mode.

I'm going to show you Create mode first.

Create is where you come when you want a one and done, asset, such as a job description or an article.

You can do it really easily in this environment.

And let me show you how.

So here I'm going to make a request for, new social media strategist job description, something you typically have to do in most businesses.

Now the key thing to understand about when we're working in Create is that you don't need to overload it with unnecessary prompts.

Information about the company, information about what you want it to do.

Known takes away all of that for you because it's got all of that context already.

So I'm being really clear on what I want, what it's for.

and then I can choose the different models and then I can select a different variation on the assistant and these come with preloaded expertise.

So in this example I'm going to use the HR assistant and what's happening now is Known is using all that fact base to create an accurate job description for me in a matter of seconds.

There you go.

Really easy, really simple.

Done.

Now you can edit this at any time and jump in and make tweaks and changes.

you can also ask the assistant and if you open the assistant here and ensure that you've always started a new conversation, the assistant will know what you're working on.

So you can for example, ask it to make this shorter.

And because the assistant knows what it's created, it's going to do it for us straight away.

So there you go.

Now the key thing to understand when you're working with the assistant in this environment is to treat it like a really good employee that knows and understands all of your business.

Just make your directions clear.

The assistant here can also access your documents.

It can search the web.

So if you want to add anything to what you've created, you can ask it to go and look for something and extract it and bring it in and then add it to the asset easily.

A couple of things not to miss is this here.

So if you want to replace your asset with your content, you can just add this, click that button and then there you go.

You'll see it's been dropped in there straight away and it's replaced what we wanted.

Second of all is that, your headlines can easily be adapted.

You'll get one straight away that'll be created immediately by known, and then you'll get a tag assigned depending on what you're creating.

You can edit this tag if you want.

And you can also add other tags with the assistant, if you want extra different types of tags for your content.

Now, you can make this available for everyone in your project, or you can lock it just for you and you can even pin it and add it to your favorites.

All of the assets that you've created are, all available for anyone in the team to search and reference.

And you can easily filter them by tags.

Now, the second way to create is in the assistant workspace itself.

And this is a little bit different.

We like to say that this is when you're creating in a flow.

So you can see here I've asked the assistant to go and research a, company for me.

It's come back with information.

I've then gone and asked it to find the leadership team and research them.

And it's got me that, it's looked at the sector.

There we go.

and then here you'll see I've asked it to turn all that research into a note.

Now what I can also do is ask it to, for example, write a blog post specifically for the value that people in this sector could get.

So now here I've asked it to create a blog post based on the sector that I've been researching, something that we can easily publish, make it available, send to this potential business.

here we go.

Everything's there.

Now if I want, I can work with the assistant and ask it to make changes within here.

And if you're Doing that be directional, you might say remove section two and it would take that out.

You might ask it to go find a quote for you and add it back to this article and just be really clear on the language that you're using.

and it will do that for you.

When you're ready and you've got your result refined, you can then press this button here, send result to create.

This will then send the asset into create and now you're able to edit it, refine it.

And if you want to send it to a member of your team, you can just copy the URL and send it to them.

Make sure you have unlocked it, because any assets you take out of the workspace are always locked because your workspace is your private environment.

So if you want to share with a team member, you just want to make sure that you've unlocked it and then they can access it it.

Now, if you're using known Zapier integrations, you can change the tag and make any updates you need to the headline and then from that that will automatically send it, depending on the conditions you've created, wherever you need it to go to documents to your website, etc.

So those are the two ways to create in known either in create mode, which is where we typically go for one and done, or when you're working with the assistant in a flow.

And if you're creating things with the assistant in a flow, like you send this one out here, when you hit back, it's going to drop you back into that flow.

And let's say now you wanted to create an email for this brand to send it straight to them.

You could do that here and then you could edit that or send that too.
