New Apollo Integration Updates in Salesdash 🚀

What's up, everybody?

Josh from Sales Dash here wanted to go over a couple of updates that we just recently made to Apollo.

Apollo is what a lot of teams use for lead generation.

And, with these updates, we made data entry a lot easier in Sales Dash, so we just enhanced some of the integration that we have with them.

So if you're connected with Apollo, one of the things that you can do now when you actually go to add a new account, is when you type in a website or just copy and paste a website, you'll see this enriched with Apollo button pop up, or just their logo pop up.

And then from there it'll just pull in all the data from Apollo and then you can create the account a lot quicker.

if you've manually created previous accounts and the website is in there, you'll also see the Apollo logo here, and it'll show you what your current data looks like and then what you could actually enrich from Apollo.

And you can check the boxes in terms of what data you actually want to bring over.

That also includes annual revenue, employees and industry.

and then probably one of the most helpful things is when you go to Contacts here in Sales Dash, you no longer really have to actually be in Apollo to go get contacts and then copy and paste those over or do the old saving, a list situation here.

So one of the things that you can do is you can actually just click Find Contacts.

you can type in the job titles here.

So I'm just making these a little bit more generic to try to find anybody at the companies that have shipping in their, job title, transportation or logistics.

You can do any of the other filters, including locations.

and you can also choose if you want the phone and mobile numbers, because your credits for Apollo do apply basically the same way, and you could be limited by credits, depending on what you have.

So let's just say I wanted to add these two contacts.

All I got to do is just check the boxes and it'll go ahead and add them so we can see that they've already popped up here.

It may take 10, 15, sometimes 30 seconds to a minute to also bring in the phone numbers.

There's this little refresh button if you do see these contacts pop up.

But as time goes on again, if you give it about a minute, you'll also start to see phone information for both phone and email.

Again, it just takes Apollo some time to enrich the data for the contacts.

So you can wait for that.

And we've updated some of the contact handling here.

To where it'll show the actual statuses for the contacts and then, you could pretty easily just email or copy their emails directly, in the contact cards here.
