All right, so today I wanted to show you my compliance and competitive watch, brief.

So essentially I found that the high end aesthetic clinics across London currently have an issue where there's not enough compliance, checks.

And so these are highly compliant areas where ad briefs do need to actually follow regulations otherwise they're actually breaching the protocol.

And because they operate in very competitive niches, it doubles up as being a competitor watch to actually see what other competitors are actually doing in other clinics.

And so what I've done is I've actually been able to build this directly within Google AI, Studio and do a real runtime compliance and competitor audit for them to actually see what are other independent clinics doing correct and what are they doing wrong.

And we can actually take these directly to those clinics or for others to actually actually check what the competitors are doing.

So I can actually show you a demo that's been done directly through Google AI Studio, and it's been published already.

So as you can see we have pulled up a real clinic called Ello Clinic, which is in London, and it's using Gemini Vision and reasoning at the model to actually look at the briefs.

and while I do that I also just wanted to show you that I did actually also build this directly within Cursor.

So the environment was live and deployed directly in there.

And we were even able to get a published site through we used Senso as well.

So Sensor was able to actually help me connect this into my own domain.

and it's actually come through as a cited MD file as well.

So not to give it away, I do want to actually show you what the output is.

But as you can see it's now actually done a proper report against the clinic.

It shows them where they're actually exposed what's actually wrong with the copy.

Right now as you can see anti wrinkle injections is something they actually can't specifically use in their ad copy.

We can actually see what the rivals are currently doing and where the opening point is for them in terms of how they can actually improve their copy.

and we are even able to then rank specific action items in terms of what can be done.

Well so as you can see here, here are some specific points and just for proof, this is actually running off actual ads that we've actually been able to scrape, which I was able to use apify, and so yeah, that's my brief.
