Great.

But before I get into all this, I first want to show you what Ecom Talent actually is and what do I actually train people on.

so like I said, Ecom Talent, a program where I teach, even like beginners and video editors, graphic designers, how to make winning ads.

Okay, so now I'm just going to walk you through this.

Obviously first they have introduction, whatever, they learn about fundamentals.

That's the first thing that they learn about.

So how do ads even work?

What are like direct response advertising fundamentals, how to understand your customer, buying psychology, and how to basically like how advertising even works.

How do people make buying decisions?

Okay, because this is like a huge bottleneck that I, noticed across like multiple years of working with, you know, brands and editors.

is that like editors usually have very good technical skills, but they lack like the marketing knowledge, if that makes sense.

And so if we can give them that marketing knowledge and if we can make them understand how to properly utilize that marketing knowledge within the actual ad creatives, then you, then you have an A player.

Okay.

so like the first hundred ball fundamentals, then Video ads mastery.

So like all the different types of video ads, they even have action items so they can practice.

So like if they have zero experience, they can practice because they get brief, they get content to practice on, if that makes sense.

That's how they kind of, you know, learn by doing when going through a program.

so like a lot of videos on like, I don't know, video hooks, like retention techniques, music and sound effects, the tech stack that we use for editing video ads.

And then here, I even have like multiple like breakdowns of editing ads.

as you can see, like 54 minute video, one hour video, one hour video.

and these are videos from like first, first one is from me.

and then some of these videos are breakdowns from our editors at the agency who basically just like recorded like a step by step process of how they edit ads.

And some of the, some of these ads that they edited are absolute fucking bangers.

and so I just wanted to kind of bring them on as well so they share some sauce with the community.

So the people even get that.

Then here is like a static ads, program.

It is a bit shorter and I do need to kind of improve that.

I have a lot of things that I'll be adding to all of this like in the coming month or two.

Just like a lot of new modules.

so this will constantly be improving.

But I learned about the static ads as well and like how to do static ads implementing AI.

I'll kind of touch on that.

next, so then how they can make money through this community, you don't have to worry about that.

and then they learn about creative strategy and this is like the biggest, biggest sauce that is inside ecom talent.

So like they first learn how to make ads and how to execute the ads.

Then after that they learn about creative strategy.

So they learn about how to like approach working with brands, how to come up with ads, how to like what is market awareness, what is market sophistication, how to do research for brands, you know, before even working on ads.

how to use cloth to you know like write scripts to brainstorm stuff.

and you know like how to write copy with AI, how to how to close the feedback loop, even like how to process learnings on their ads.

and basically when they learn this they have all the skills that they need to one, come up with an ad, write script for it and then actually go and execute it.

Okay.

And the reason why I'm kind of teaching this and why I'm like training people to be like a one man team is because I believe in the next one to two years marketing teams will consist of like not a lot of People.

and basically we'll have one kind of marketing expert, or whatever you want to call it at the top that will be operating multiple AI agents.

Okay?

And so for them to be able to operate multiple AI agents that they need to know how to do all of this stuff manually first.

Okay?

That's why.

That's why I still teach people how to do the editing, how to, you know, like, how to process content, how to, actually execute the ads, and then how to, you know, like, manually the research.

What is market sophistication?

I help them understand all of that.

And it's basically like, it's kind of like combining a lot of manual skills of, you know, like understanding psychology, understanding marketing fundamentals, and then combining that with AI, so that they will eventually, once that AI wave comes, they will be competent enough in every single field to be able to kind of, manage agents, okay?

Because I believe that that is coming.

And so I want people inside Ecom Talent to be as dialed as possible in every single field of marketing kind of making ads, okay?

So that's why Ecom Talent is currently set up the way it is, and that's why you've probably been seeing some crazy results on Twitter or maybe in some other communities that people have been getting by going through Ecom Talent.

So this is how it's built.

This is how it works.

So that's kind of the main part.

Like I said, I do have a lot of stuff that I need to add inside, because I recorded this back in March this year.

Now it's November, so a lot of the stuff needs to be updated, and added.

But it's still very, very, very useful.

but like, just some, like, you know, new techniques, new breakdowns of new winning ads that we found and stuff like that that is going to, you know, like, help people get even better.

Okay?

so from there, so that's kind of one part.

Then what they also get access to is kind of another program called EconFound AI that is specifically focused on generative AI.

Okay?

So they learn about generative AI, what it is, what is the history of generative AI, how it progressed through years, what are some AI tools that we use right now?

And then they learn how to generate 4K product images, how to generate organic product images.

So, you know, just like people.

So, like, for example, as you see here, you know, like how to generate images of an avatar holding your product, you know, character consistency, product consistency and whatnot.

So they learn a lot about that.

How, to generate like you know, like AI UGC videos and stuff like that.

AI UGC ad made from scratch like this, this like recent video that we that we added was basically if you saw maybe on my profile recently.

So like we generated like this Zach D style.

So all of these visuals that you see here, are AI generated.

So this is also what they learned about.

This is something that we played around, played with recently and figured out how to do this.

Like, usually it would take like a team of animators to pull off this video.

and like, if you don't know, like these type of videos are going insanely viral right now.

just like search Zach D films on YouTube or on TikTok and you'll see how like viral these videos are right now.

So we, we figured out how to like, you know, like make a workflow and how to start basically creating these videos, to make ads with.

And I know I'm just like, I'm just like sidetracking right now.

But this is what they learned as well in the course.

I just wanted to kind of show that as well because I do feel like that is like a huge, huge important part of making ads.

and it's going to be even more important, you know, to keep up with AI, and what's coming out.

And so they learn about that in ecotown as well.

and this is going to constantly get updated as well with kind of the new tools and the new stuff that comes out.

So this is what people learn inside Ecom talent.

So like this is what the talent that you're potentially looking, looking to hire, have access to and this is the information that they have.

so you so have everything you need.

so like this is what I train people on.

So like how to make winning ads for E commerce brands.

and so now to get back to Ecotitle for brands, what, are some steps that happen once you join the program.

So step one, you join the program and you basically connect with me through a private discord channel and you get hiring guidance.

Okay, so that's number one.

So like literally the first day that you join, you get hiring guidance and we can start the hiring process right away.

Okay.

Second thing that you do that you get, when you join is you get a link for your team to Access the course material for free.

step two is you basically write a job post for specific role that you're hiring for.

And what this looks like is I basically give you like a document with some of like successful job posts, within the community and how the job post should look like.

You write that, you send it to me, I help you optimize the job post so you get more applicants basically.

and after we kind of, you know, like agree on the final draft, we agree, you know, like this is like, this looks good to both you and me.

I push a job post to the community.

So like we have a, I'll show you in a second.

We have a channel, that's called job board.

And then there I just post like job opportunities.

And then everyone in the community sees that and they obviously apply to work with your brand, if that makes sense.

So they see your job post, they apply to work with you.

step three is basically once you start collecting some applicants, if you prefer to do it, you can, you can give them like a test assessment or a trial or whatever.

they understand that, you know, they kind of need to go through that process when getting hired.

and so if needed, once you know, like you start getting trial assessments or trial tasks back, I can help you filter through them and choose the best fit for your specific needs.

So that's that and then you just like choose the best people that you like and you hire them and that's pretty much it.

So like I don't take any cuts in between.

I don't take any percentage of their salary that you hire or anything like that that you know, like usually placement agencies do.

and then I do not come in between you and talent in any way.

so whoever you want to hire for how many, for like how much money you want to hire them, that's totally up to you too.

I don't come in between you guys.

Okay?

I just, I just connect you with them.

so that's how that works.

Hopefully that gives you like a bit of a, hopefully that gives you a bit of a explanation, and clarity on how this process looks like.

then the step four is basically creative system implementation.

So what you will get is a masterclass video.

So this will be probably like a three or four hour video that I'LL record on how our creative system looks like at the agency, how do we approach doing strategy for brands, how do we structure our team, and how to make sure that everyone in their team is locked in and going towards the same goal.

Okay, so usually, this was like an onboarding call that I did with people who joined, but I just don't have time to take these onboarding calls anymore.

So like, I'll just record this into a super long video and give you everything you need to.

Then like once you hire someone or if you currently have a team, how to properly utilize that team and get the most out of them and obviously how to build a dialed creative system, for your brand in house.

Okay, so that's what kind of the focus of that will be.

and then from there I basically help you.

I can help you provide, creative strategy support for a brand.

So I can help you with ads, giving feedback on ads, funnels, whatever you need help with.

and so, yeah, that is pretty much that what I wanted to mention with kind of this point.

And then you just get like one on one support from me with building a proper creative system for a brand.

And basically the, the entire idea is this creative system, the main idea is that it gets better with every single ad, that you and your team produce.

So like, that is the end goal, that I have with ecological brands is to build, to help you build a creative system in house for your brand that gets better with every single ad, that you produce.

So like, this is like a concept that I call a progressive creative system.

All right, the next question that I, that I want to address is the talent cost, because I know a lot of people will have that question.

And so I want to say if you think you will join this program and you will find an A player for like 1k a month and you don't have enough funds to invest into a players, then this program is probably not for you because like a players and high quality talent just costs more.

That is just like the fact in every single business.

But it is the, like, it is the best investment that you can make, to grow a business.

Okay?

And so like I said, if you think you can hire for like 1k a month full time, someone like, just, just don't, just like, don't even think that that's possible because you will get bad results.

So I just wanted to have that upfront.

And so what I will say, like, these are kind of like the standard rates.

If you want to say, within kind of, you know, like the E commerce space.

It's like you can get like a decent beginner editor for like 1 5k to 2k full time.

mid tier editors are ranging from 2k to 3k full time and then a tier editors are 3k full time or plus 3k plus full time.

And in addition to that you always want to add some kind of performance bonuses to keep them incentivized.

So you can give them percent of ad spend on their ads or bonus for hitting winning ads, et cetera.

But you want to basically want to, you know, like show them that their earning potential is uncapped by working with you.

And that's how you will attract the highest quality talent.

Okay?

now I will say for beginner editors, if they're beginner, that doesn't mean they're bad.

and you have to understand you get access to a pool of 500 people who invested in their skills and who invested to get better at something.

And so just by that you filter out like 95% of the market, the hiring market, you know, like for example, that you will get on upwork, you know, just like brokeys looking for a job.

These people actually invested to get better.

Okay?

That is like the main differentiator, between ecom talent and hiring from upwork or online jobs or whatever.

Like these people want to get better and so they, they invested in their skills and so that means that they have, they have the right mindset that it takes to succeed in this role.

Okay?

And so even if they're a beginner, even if they don't have that much experience, if they're, if they are the right, if they are the right culture fit, which a lot of them are, that's gonna be a good thing for you, okay?

Because you can hire them while they're still a beginner and they can grow with your business.

And as they're growing with, with their business then you kind of, you know, increase the pay for them, you give them more responsibilities, whatever.

But I would say, you know, like having a beginner is not even a bad thing, because they can, like I said, go with your business.

But a players and a tier talent is going to cost a lot.

And so this is kind of like a, I would say like a typical range for for editors specifically, you know, for designers is going to be a bit different.

For strategists it's going to be a bit different.

Obviously strategists will cost more.

but this is just like a, like a usual kind of breakdown, that I kind of say to people when they ask me, you know, like, how much does a good editor cost?

And stuff like that.

So like that is that question answered?

Time to hire?

I kind of answered this before but basically if you join today, we can start the hiring process today.

And how fast you hire just like depends on how robust your hiring process is.

So like if you want them to do like the trial tasks, if you wanted to hop on call with you, that really depends on you.

and so like I said, I don't really kind of get in between of you and the talent, if that makes sense.

And the last question that people often have is can I hire multiple times as of now?

Yes.

So like as long as you are, you're ecotown for brands.

as long as you're inside the program, you can hire multiple times.

I don't have any issues with that.

That might change in the future but that is pretty much it.
