Great.
00:02
If you're watching this video, that probably means that you are looking to hire talent for your either E Commerce brand or maybe you're running a marketing agency.
00:11
And you need to hire video editors, graphic designers, or creative strategists who know how to make winning ads.
00:19
and that is exactly why I built Ecom Talent.
00:22
That is the purpose of that community.
00:24
To train as many people as possible on how to make winning ads and scale E Commerce brands.
00:30
Okay.
00:31
And so I just wanted to record this video to show you and to answer like all of your questions that you probably have around how this works.
00:39
but you can hire from my community through program called Ecom Talent for Brands.
00:45
And as it says here, Ecom Talent for Brands basically gives you talent placement and the support to properly utilize that talent within a creative system.
00:54
Okay, so like that's what Eco Talent is and that's how it works.
00:58
I have some steps here that'll kind of walk you through like what happens when you, when you join and like what are all the steps?
01:04
And then here I have some like FAQs, that like some questions that people usually have, which I'm sure you probably have if you're watching this video.
01:13
So I'll walk you through that.
01:14
But before I get into all this, I first want to show you what Ecom Talent actually is and what do I actually train people on.
01:22
Okay.
01:24
so like I said, Ecom Talent, a program where I teach, even like beginners and video editors, graphic designers, how to make winning ads.
01:35
Okay, so now I'm just going to walk you through this.
01:37
Obviously first they have introduction, whatever, they learn about fundamentals.
01:40
That's the first thing that they learn about.
01:42
So how do ads even work?
01:44
What are like direct response advertising fundamentals, how to understand your customer, buying psychology, and how to basically like how advertising even works.
01:53
How do people make buying decisions?
01:55
Okay, because this is like a huge bottleneck that I, noticed across like multiple years of working with, you know, brands and editors.
02:03
is that like editors usually have very good technical skills, but they lack like the marketing knowledge, if that makes sense.
02:11
And so if we can give them that marketing knowledge and if we can make them understand how to properly utilize that marketing knowledge within the actual ad creatives, then you, then you have an A player.
02:22
Okay.
02:23
so like the first hundred ball fundamentals, then Video ads mastery.
02:27
So like all the different types of video ads, they even have action items so they can practice.
02:31
So like if they have zero experience, they can practice because they get brief, they get content to practice on, if that makes sense.
02:39
That's how they kind of, you know, learn by doing when going through a program.
02:44
so like a lot of videos on like, I don't know, video hooks, like retention techniques, music and sound effects, the tech stack that we use for editing video ads.
02:55
And then here, I even have like multiple like breakdowns of editing ads.
03:00
as you can see, like 54 minute video, one hour video, one hour video.
03:05
and these are videos from like first, first one is from me.
03:09
and then some of these videos are breakdowns from our editors at the agency who basically just like recorded like a step by step process of how they edit ads.
03:18
And some of the, some of these ads that they edited are absolute fucking bangers.
03:23
and so I just wanted to kind of bring them on as well so they share some sauce with the community.
03:28
So the people even get that.
03:31
Then here is like a static ads, program.
03:33
It is a bit shorter and I do need to kind of improve that.
03:37
I have a lot of things that I'll be adding to all of this like in the coming month or two.
03:42
Just like a lot of new modules.
03:44
so this will constantly be improving.
03:47
But I learned about the static ads as well and like how to do static ads implementing AI.
03:53
I'll kind of touch on that.
03:54
next, so then how they can make money through this community, you don't have to worry about that.
04:00
and then they learn about creative strategy and this is like the biggest, biggest sauce that is inside ecom talent.
04:09
So like they first learn how to make ads and how to execute the ads.
04:13
Then after that they learn about creative strategy.
04:15
So they learn about how to like approach working with brands, how to come up with ads, how to like what is market awareness, what is market sophistication, how to do research for brands, you know, before even working on ads.
04:28
how to use cloth to you know like write scripts to brainstorm stuff.
04:33
and you know like how to write copy with AI, how to how to close the feedback loop, even like how to process learnings on their ads.
04:41
and basically when they learn this they have all the skills that they need to one, come up with an ad, write script for it and then actually go and execute it.
04:54
Okay.
04:54
And the reason why I'm kind of teaching this and why I'm like training people to be like a one man team is because I believe in the next one to two years marketing teams will consist of like not a lot of People.
05:09
and basically we'll have one kind of marketing expert, or whatever you want to call it at the top that will be operating multiple AI agents.
05:16
Okay?
05:17
And so for them to be able to operate multiple AI agents that they need to know how to do all of this stuff manually first.
05:26
Okay?
05:26
That's why.
05:27
That's why I still teach people how to do the editing, how to, you know, like, how to process content, how to, actually execute the ads, and then how to, you know, like, manually the research.
05:37
What is market sophistication?
05:39
I help them understand all of that.
05:40
And it's basically like, it's kind of like combining a lot of manual skills of, you know, like understanding psychology, understanding marketing fundamentals, and then combining that with AI, so that they will eventually, once that AI wave comes, they will be competent enough in every single field to be able to kind of, manage agents, okay?
06:03
Because I believe that that is coming.
06:04
And so I want people inside Ecom Talent to be as dialed as possible in every single field of marketing kind of making ads, okay?
06:14
So that's why Ecom Talent is currently set up the way it is, and that's why you've probably been seeing some crazy results on Twitter or maybe in some other communities that people have been getting by going through Ecom Talent.
06:25
Okay?
06:25
So this is how it's built.
06:26
This is how it works.
06:28
So that's kind of the main part.
06:29
Like I said, I do have a lot of stuff that I need to add inside, because I recorded this back in March this year.
06:38
Now it's November, so a lot of the stuff needs to be updated, and added.
06:42
But it's still very, very, very useful.
06:45
but like, just some, like, you know, new techniques, new breakdowns of new winning ads that we found and stuff like that that is going to, you know, like, help people get even better.
06:52
Okay?
06:53
so from there, so that's kind of one part.
06:57
Then what they also get access to is kind of another program called EconFound AI that is specifically focused on generative AI.
07:05
Okay?
07:05
So they learn about generative AI, what it is, what is the history of generative AI, how it progressed through years, what are some AI tools that we use right now?
07:15
And then they learn how to generate 4K product images, how to generate organic product images.
07:21
So, you know, just like people.
07:23
So, like, for example, as you see here, you know, like how to generate images of an avatar holding your product, you know, character consistency, product consistency and whatnot.
07:32
So they learn a lot about that.
07:35
How, to generate like you know, like AI UGC videos and stuff like that.
07:40
AI UGC ad made from scratch like this, this like recent video that we that we added was basically if you saw maybe on my profile recently.
07:51
So like we generated like this Zach D style.
08:00
So all of these visuals that you see here, are AI generated.
08:04
So this is also what they learned about.
08:14
This is something that we played around, played with recently and figured out how to do this.
08:18
Like, usually it would take like a team of animators to pull off this video.
08:22
and like, if you don't know, like these type of videos are going insanely viral right now.
08:28
just like search Zach D films on YouTube or on TikTok and you'll see how like viral these videos are right now.
08:36
So we, we figured out how to like, you know, like make a workflow and how to start basically creating these videos, to make ads with.
08:47
And I know I'm just like, I'm just like sidetracking right now.
08:49
But this is what they learned as well in the course.
08:51
I just wanted to kind of show that as well because I do feel like that is like a huge, huge important part of making ads.
08:58
and it's going to be even more important, you know, to keep up with AI, and what's coming out.
09:02
And so they learn about that in ecotown as well.
09:05
and this is going to constantly get updated as well with kind of the new tools and the new stuff that comes out.
09:11
So this is what people learn inside Ecom talent.
09:14
So like this is what the talent that you're potentially looking, looking to hire, have access to and this is the information that they have.
09:21
Okay, so this video is already going to be too long.
09:25
I do apologize.
09:26
But I just wanted to give you as much context as possible.
09:29
so you so have everything you need.
09:33
You also have all the information you need.
09:35
so like this is what I train people on.
09:37
So like how to make winning ads for E commerce brands.
09:40
and so now to get back to Ecotitle for brands, what, are some steps that happen once you join the program.
09:48
So step one, you join the program and you basically connect with me through a private discord channel and you get hiring guidance.
09:55
Okay, so that's number one.
09:59
So like literally the first day that you join, you get hiring guidance and we can start the hiring process right away.
10:05
Okay.
10:07
Second thing that you do that you get, when you join is you get a link for your team to Access the course material for free.
10:15
So like anyone on your team gets access to all of this, for free.
10:19
And there are unlimited seats.
10:21
Okay, so that's the second thing that you get.
10:25
step two is you basically write a job post for specific role that you're hiring for.
10:30
And what this looks like is I basically give you like a document with some of like successful job posts, within the community and how the job post should look like.
10:39
I give you some guidance on that.
10:41
You write that, you send it to me, I help you optimize the job post so you get more applicants basically.
10:48
and after we kind of, you know, like agree on the final draft, we agree, you know, like this is like, this looks good to both you and me.
10:54
I push a job post to the community.
10:56
So like we have a, I'll show you in a second.
10:59
We have a channel, that's called job board.
11:02
And then there I just post like job opportunities.
11:06
And then everyone in the community sees that and they obviously apply to work with your brand, if that makes sense.
11:12
So they see your job post, they apply to work with you.
11:15
step three is basically once you start collecting some applicants, if you prefer to do it, you can, you can give them like a test assessment or a trial or whatever.
11:25
they understand that, you know, they kind of need to go through that process when getting hired.
11:30
and so if needed, once you know, like you start getting trial assessments or trial tasks back, I can help you filter through them and choose the best fit for your specific needs.
11:42
So that's that and then you just like choose the best people that you like and you hire them and that's pretty much it.
11:48
So like I don't take any cuts in between.
11:51
I don't take any percentage of their salary that you hire or anything like that that you know, like usually placement agencies do.
12:00
and then I do not come in between you and talent in any way.
12:03
so whoever you want to hire for how many, for like how much money you want to hire them, that's totally up to you too.
12:09
I don't come in between you guys.
12:11
Okay?
12:11
I just, I just connect you with them.
12:13
so that's how that works.
12:15
Hopefully that gives you like a bit of a, hopefully that gives you a bit of a explanation, and clarity on how this process looks like.
12:25
then the step four is basically creative system implementation.
12:28
So what you will get is a masterclass video.
12:32
So this will be probably like a three or four hour video that I'LL record on how our creative system looks like at the agency, how do we approach doing strategy for brands, how do we structure our team, and how to make sure that everyone in their team is locked in and going towards the same goal.
12:49
Okay, so usually, this was like an onboarding call that I did with people who joined, but I just don't have time to take these onboarding calls anymore.
12:57
So like, I'll just record this into a super long video and give you everything you need to.
13:04
Then like once you hire someone or if you currently have a team, how to properly utilize that team and get the most out of them and obviously how to build a dialed creative system, for your brand in house.
13:16
Okay, so that's what kind of the focus of that will be.
13:20
and then from there I basically help you.
13:23
I can help you provide, creative strategy support for a brand.
13:26
So I can help you with ads, giving feedback on ads, funnels, whatever you need help with.
13:31
And this will be through the private Discord channel that we set up at the start.
13:35
Okay, so you will have a direct access to me, through Discord Chat.
13:40
and obviously I'll be able to help you all and answer any questions that you have, basically.
13:46
and then the last thing that I have here is option for one monthly strategy call which is paid.
13:52
So just like to clarify that up front, we can hop on a one on one call that is usually like one hour.
13:58
And I can basically help you with whatever you need.
14:03
So if you need like more guidance on how to, like, you know, how to structure the team, if you're not sure, if you need help with creative strategy, if you need help with guidance, on like maybe how to do learnings for a brand and stuff like that, we can hop on a call and you know, I can kind of, you know, help you give direction, based on basically anything that you need when it comes to kind of, you know, credit strategy, creatives, creative team, and basically anything that you need support with.
14:30
And this is basically how I personally helped Golfam scale from 2k day to 160k a day in 30 days.
14:38
you can watch this video on YouTube.
14:41
so this is my spot.
14:42
This is my partner Spencer.
14:44
He recorded like a podcast with Golf and G mentioned like multiple times, I believe, through that video how I directly helped him.
14:53
so like we hopped on a call and he had some questions like how to do learnings, and like if I can take a look at some of his creatives and give some of my thoughts.
15:01
And he mentioned that directly impacted his growth.
15:05
And now I don't want to take, and like, I don't want to take the credit for that because Golf is a Goldfam, is a beast.
15:12
And he's operating on like a whole new level.
15:15
And so all of his success goes to him and like he's the one that took action.
15:20
But I can, I can say like how I contributed.
15:24
So we hopped on a strategy call multiple times.
15:26
So like that was incredibly helpful for him.
15:28
And he also hired multiple editors for his brand through Ecom Talent.
15:32
So like that's how I can say I contributed to go from, to go from success.
15:37
But again, that was all him.
15:39
And I don't want to take almost any credit.
15:41
so I don't, I don't even want to kind of pitch this too hard just because I probably won't have that much time to hop on calls.
15:47
But I just wanted to put that out there as well.
15:52
And so that is pretty much how like this entire thing works.
15:55
Now I do have some FAQs here, like some questions that I maybe that I maybe didn't answer and that I know, like a lot of people had before.
16:04
And so, why is this recording?
16:08
number one, so obviously your team gets course access.
16:11
So like you get unlimited seats.
16:13
it's like that's one thing.
16:15
You get constant access to a pool of 500 plus editors, designers and strategists that keeps growing every day.
16:21
Okay, so like one, one part of Ecom Town for Brands is you get direct access to the entire Discord community.
16:27
which I'll show you how that looks like now.
16:30
So basically we have this Discord set up, okay.
16:34
And you as, as a brand owner, as someone who has ECOM talent for brands role, as you can see, you get Ecotown for brands, role inside Discord.
16:43
And you can kind of, you know, you can be in the chats, you can be near these people, near this talent.
16:48
And just by having this role, you kind of stand out in the discord, if that makes sense.
16:54
And if you for whatever reason don't find a person that is suitable for your brand through the, like through the initial hiring process, what you can do is you can just kind of, you know, go through these chats, see who's locked in, see who's, you know, sharing value to each other.
17:09
see who's, you know, like maybe I don't know, maybe you see, Nikita here is, you know, he's, you know, giving advice to other, he's locked in.
17:15
He, he knows his stuff.
17:17
Then you just DM him and you say, hey, I would love for you to work with my brand.
17:22
and so that is like one huge benefit of this because obviously the best talent is already hired.
17:31
That is just the fact.
17:32
And they're already doing the work somewhere.
17:33
And so this just gives you access to like community of killers who are improving themselves.
17:40
and you can, you know, you can do this.
17:42
Now I'm not saying that you will have to do that.
17:45
but that is like one thing that you can do.
17:47
And so you can just like, you know, go through these chats and just like, you know, see how people think, how they operate and you, you have access to them.
17:53
and so, yeah, that is pretty much that what I wanted to mention with kind of this point.
17:59
And then you just get like one on one support from me with building a proper creative system for a brand.
18:04
And basically the, the entire idea is this creative system, the main idea is that it gets better with every single ad, that you and your team produce.
18:16
Okay?
18:16
So like, that is the end goal, that I have with ecological brands is to build, to help you build a creative system in house for your brand that gets better with every single ad, that you produce.
18:28
So like, this is like a concept that I call a progressive creative system.
18:31
And this is basically what this kind of masterclass course video, will be on.
18:36
Okay.
18:38
And obviously you just get like 24, 7 support through messages from me on, whatever you need when it comes to that.
18:45
All right, the next question that I, that I want to address is the talent cost, because I know a lot of people will have that question.
18:51
And so I want to say if you think you will join this program and you will find an A player for like 1k a month and you don't have enough funds to invest into a players, then this program is probably not for you because like a players and high quality talent just costs more.
19:12
That is just like the fact in every single business.
19:15
But it is the, like, it is the best investment that you can make, to grow a business.
19:19
Okay?
19:20
And so like I said, if you think you can hire for like 1k a month full time, someone like, just, just don't, just like, don't even think that that's possible because you will get bad results.
19:31
So I just wanted to have that upfront.
19:34
And so what I will say, like, these are kind of like the standard rates.
19:38
If you want to say, within kind of, you know, like the E commerce space.
19:44
It's like you can get like a decent beginner editor for like 1 5k to 2k full time.
19:49
mid tier editors are ranging from 2k to 3k full time and then a tier editors are 3k full time or plus 3k plus full time.
19:58
And in addition to that you always want to add some kind of performance bonuses to keep them incentivized.
20:04
So you can give them percent of ad spend on their ads or bonus for hitting winning ads, et cetera.
20:09
But you want to basically want to, you know, like show them that their earning potential is uncapped by working with you.
20:16
And that's how you will attract the highest quality talent.
20:20
Okay?
20:21
now I will say for beginner editors, if they're beginner, that doesn't mean they're bad.
20:27
and you have to understand you get access to a pool of 500 people who invested in their skills and who invested to get better at something.
20:36
And so just by that you filter out like 95% of the market, the hiring market, you know, like for example, that you will get on upwork, you know, just like brokeys looking for a job.
20:47
These people actually invested to get better.
20:49
Okay?
20:50
That is like the main differentiator, between ecom talent and hiring from upwork or online jobs or whatever.
20:57
Like these people want to get better and so they, they invested in their skills and so that means that they have, they have the right mindset that it takes to succeed in this role.
21:08
Okay?
21:08
And so even if they're a beginner, even if they don't have that much experience, if they're, if they are the right, if they are the right culture fit, which a lot of them are, that's gonna be a good thing for you, okay?
21:22
Because you can hire them while they're still a beginner and they can grow with your business.
21:27
And as they're growing with, with their business then you kind of, you know, increase the pay for them, you give them more responsibilities, whatever.
21:34
But I would say, you know, like having a beginner is not even a bad thing, because they can, like I said, go with your business.
21:42
But a players and a tier talent is going to cost a lot.
21:47
And so this is kind of like a, I would say like a typical range for for editors specifically, you know, for designers is going to be a bit different.
21:56
For strategists it's going to be a bit different.
21:57
Obviously strategists will cost more.
22:00
but this is just like a, like a usual kind of breakdown, that I kind of say to people when they ask me, you know, like, oh, how much does a good editor cost?
22:10
And stuff like that.
22:11
So like that is that question answered?
22:14
Time to hire?
22:15
I kind of answered this before but basically if you join today, we can start the hiring process today.
22:20
And how fast you hire just like depends on how robust your hiring process is.
22:25
So like if you want them to do like the trial tasks, if you wanted to hop on call with you, that really depends on you.
22:31
and so like I said, I don't really kind of get in between of you and the talent, if that makes sense.
22:36
And the last question that people often have is can I hire multiple times as of now?
22:41
Yes.
22:41
So like as long as you are, you're ecotown for brands.
22:44
as long as you're inside the program, you can hire multiple times.
22:49
I don't have any issues with that.
22:50
That might change in the future but that is pretty much it.
22:54
And so how do you get access to all this?
22:57
You basically join ecotanical brands.
23:00
I will leave a link below this video where you can join.
23:03
I will say demand for this is insane right now.
23:07
And I probably have like, like I get like two or three DMS every single day from people looking to hire.
23:14
And so if you're serious and if you actually want to hire and actually want to build like an in house creative system and creative team, then this is for you.
23:23
Okay.
23:23
and so I will, after this video I will open up five spots.
23:28
and so if you, if you're seeing this video, you know, like, if you're one of the first people to see this video, you have an advantage.
23:35
So I will open up five spots.
23:37
and you can join right away.
23:38
So it'll be open here.
23:40
if, if you see like a join waitlist.
23:43
So if you get to the page and you see this, my keyboard is not working.
23:50
if you see join waitlist, that means that obviously you need to join a waitlist.
23:54
the reason why I'm doing this is because if I let like you know, 10 brands to join at the same time, then I'll have a problem because I'll have to set up 10 job posts at the same time and that is going to dilute the like the community and not everyone will get quality applicants.
24:12
Okay.
24:12
And so I just want to make sure that you know, like the supply and demand are kind of balanced, if that makes sense.
24:18
So like I have spots for five brands right now to take on and to, you know, immediately start hiring, after those five brands are, you know, like, hired, whatever, then I'll start opening spots again.
24:30
So, like, maybe, you know, like, depending on when you're watching this video, maybe the spots will be open, maybe not.
24:36
Whatever.
24:36
But, if you see the waitlist, I just want to.
24:39
I just want to show you that when you click Join waitlist, it'll ask you for your payment information.
24:45
You need to add your card, whatever, but you will not get charged.
24:48
Okay.
24:49
like, but by that, you join the waitlist, and then once I approve you and once I basically, let you in, then you will get charged.
24:57
You will not get charged before that.
24:58
So I just want to.
24:59
I just wanted to mention that.
25:00
But this is just like a super easy way for me to, you know, have.
25:05
Have a waitlist going on and so I don't have to take, you know, like, calls and whatever.
25:10
So hopefully you got all the information that you need in this video, you know, to understand how all of this works.
25:18
and again, if you do have any more questions after watching the video, you can DM me.
25:23
on Discord.
25:24
My tag is at Carlocreates, so this is my tangle.
25:27
Discord Carlocreates.
25:28
So if you have any, like, other questions, around this entire process, you can ask.
25:33
You can DM me there and you can ask me, but, I feel like you should have all the information you need to actually take this step.
25:40
yeah, that's pretty much it.
25:42
Thank, you for watching this video, and I'll see you inside.
25:47
So one thing I forgot to mention when I was recording, so that's why I'm adding this at the end, is basically this masterclass course that I mentioned in the video.
25:55
I do not have this recorded as of now.
25:58
So like now is the 26th of November, 2025.
26:01
I do not have this recorded at this moment just because, if you probably noticed, I'm working from home right now just because we are renovating an office right now.
26:11
Like an office space that we used to work out of.
26:13
and I just want that to look good when I'll be recording it.
26:18
So I don't want to record it as this long because it's like super ugly.
26:21
and so the office should be done in the next like two or three weeks basically.
26:26
And that's when I'll that's when I'll record that.
26:29
So if you join now, you will not have that video.
26:33
so just wanted to add that as a heads up so you.
26:37
So you don't get like, you know, super.
26:39
We don't get confused that we have wrong expectations.
26:41
So that video as of now doesn't exist.
26:44
But it will exist in probably like three weeks from now.
