The reason, the sole reason behind that is I've been in this space for almost one year so worked with any 10 automations, I've worked with make.com scenarios and I've also worked with cohighlevel, funnels, sites, social media management universities, automations workflows and all these things.

Actually I created a workflow very recently on a trial account on GoHighLevel that is converting a Facebook ad into a WhatsApp funnel.

So a lot of businesses have Facebook ads and they're not able to text each one of them.

Right and there is a theory that you know, if you do not reach out to your hot leads within five minutes the conversion rate is going to drop by 80%.

So working on the same scenario we created this simple system that is a four level follow up system for anyone who fills out a form on our Facebook ads.

And how are we following up?

We are sending them WhatsApp messages and we are of course saving everything into a CRM as well.

So as soon as someone fills out the form we are assigning them a tag.

We are marking that opportunity as new lead and then we are sending out a first message if the message gets delivered, deliver tag assigning the opportunity and waiting for 15 minutes.

If message does not get delivered we simply said that this number is invalid and then we have four level of follow ups.

One is as soon as after 15 minutes then we have after one day and then we have another after one day.

So in we are sending out four messages after they Filled out the form and if and at each one of them, if they respond, we will simply mark that this lead is engaged.

We are of course managing everything into this opportunities section where we have new leads, waiting for response, engaged, dead leads and invalid number.

So we have a topic selector.

We are selecting topics from two of the Google sheets where automatically ideas are getting generated every single day and we pick out the best idea among them.

Then we are doing this research generator where we are generating the list of keywords that you can search on Google.

Then we have the scraping pipeline which searches on Google with that exact keyword and we find out whatever the top ranking articles are, we scrape those articles and we say that this is our knowledge base.

Now collecting that knowledge base, we create our first draft, we refine that draft, basically do an SEO optimization and then we also add the images.

So in this section you can also see that we are downloading some content from Google Sheet that says images.

In that Google sheet we have a list of images and we also have keywords associated with it.

So we have another automation, a small automation that analyzes each and every image from a Google Drive, assigns it to a keyword and simply pushes it into this Google sheet.

We copy the data and we put it into this agent smartly put the right image into the right part of the blog.

Then we have adding these external links.
